(We lit the stove for the first time this season last night and discovered issue). She proceeded to tell me that Bob was out of town and unreachable. I asked to speak to him since I have never spoken to her in the last three years. She told me he would not be able to come out until the end of the month. Despite not raising my voice even though she was, and just trying to figure out the next steps, she proceeded to tell me that I was repeating myself and that she was questioning my mental stability. As a licensed clinician in the mental health field for the last 10 years, I found this comment quite disturbing and severely unprofessional. When we first met I was expecting a sales pitch full of inflated prices. Instead what I received was superior, way above average treatment. We had a big job for Josh and he completed the entire job without any issues. Never late, never any problems that required us to pay more than we were quoted. Josh had a professional and extensive contract for us to sign, he took digital photos of the work in progress and he explained everything to us so that we understood what he was doing and why. He used quality materials instead of cheap subpar items, and he always offered us options. Instead of rushing through the job, Josh took his time and included added details such as repointing the chimney. It became obvious he was a perfectionist and he took pride in a job he attached his name to. Furthermore, Josh found a serious issue from the last chimney job we had done with another company and after we contacted them and got some of our money back we had him fix that for us as well. Josh is actually passionate about fixing chimneys, if you can believe that, and it shows. When we had a chimney fire (no fault of his) he came flying over to our home the same night, and then returned the next day to do a complete and thorough check. Josh is professional, responsible and excellent at what he does. Not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me on something or take on more than he could handle.
