Josh was responsive, prompt, and communicative. I had called & asked prior to his visit if, when he was here, he would be able to fix a pop up drain and leaking jacuzzi jet. The jet proved to be more involved and it would have been a seek and find for parts from jacuzzi because the tub is 30 years old. I let him know not to pursue that as the jets on the tub are functional. He was able to easily fix the pop up drain and cleared the drain for us too. Josh was professional, fair in pricing and a pleasure to work with. If you need plumbing work call Aiken & Sons. Don't waste your time hounding and chasing after Zoom Drains or Horizon Services. Our first job with Bob DuBree and his crew was in 1996 when he finished our basement in our…read moretownhome. The job was done in time and within budget. Bob worked with us to provide solutions to some interesting requests that we had made. We agreed that any future projects would include a quote from Creative Contracting. We have done some smaller projects since that time, and most recently we replaced a very large leaking skylight in the kitchen area. Bob provided a quote and we agreed to move forward with the project. Bob introduced us to his foreman Andrew and we discussed the proposed timeline. As with any project there were some minor issues, but we were really impressed with how these issues were addressed. We were very impressed with the crew, especially the communication that was provided during the process. Andrew is top notch. Even though we know he had other jobs that were way more involved than our skylight, he made us feel as if this was his top priority. He communicated with us daily, either by text or phone call and if we had a question or concern, he was quick to respond. When we had a leak the following day, he was honest in explaining what had happened and we appreciated understanding the process. Communication goes a long way in satisfying your customers! DJ was a pleasure to meet. He was hard working and willing to do anything necessary to assist in getting the job done. Adam is a very kind and very caring individual. On the day the job started, I stayed home for 1/2 a day and was in the other room. I could hear Adam explaining to DJ what they were doing, why they were doing it and how they would do it. It was the best example of someone teaching his craft to an apprentice with such patience. I made sure to compliment them both, but especially Adam, he really worked hard at teaching DJ while getting the job done right. I was very impressed. I had brown smoke coming out of my prefabricated chimney due to squirrel's nest. Michael came out…read moreand realized that there was squirrels still in there so he wanted to wait a couple of weeks for them to leave the nest. When he came back he didn't hear them so he proceeded to clean out the nest which went 6 feet down. While doing this he showed me the condition of the liner with cracks, rust and sulfuric acid buildups. I knew we had not replaced it so it must have been the original liner when the house was built in the 50's. There was even some parts of the pipes where it was disjointed. Thank goodness that he pointed it out and showed me pictures of it. We decided to get the whole liner and pipes replaced from the gas furnace and water heater. He also resealed flashing which was all dried up and cracked. He put on a new rain cap and top plate so no more chances of squirrels coming back to nest. He came back for the 4th time to finish painting the exterior of the chimney which looks brand new. I contacted Titan Chimney because of all the 5 star reviews and now I understand why. Michael is very knowledgeable about chimneys. I learned a lot from him. He does great work and will photograph everything and share it with you. He is very nice. When he was coming down from the roof he noticed our gutter was clogged so he cleaned it out. He texts me to let me know when he is in the area and on his way. His price is fair. So glad that I discovered Titan Chimney!

Joe came to our home and installed a humidifier and also connected a gas line. He was a very…read morefriendly person and a pleasure to have worked with...but...We spoke to him about coming back when the stove top delivered to help install it when we talked about the cost he charged...and it was stated it was included. We have tried contacting him multiple times and haven't gotten a response. Now our calls are sent to voicemail. Finally, when it was connected without him, we were told there is a leak in what had been installed. We wanted to give him the opportunity to fix it but no one answers or calls back. Update: no response still. We had two plumbers come out and couldn't believe this is how it was left. There was also no shut off valve installed on the same floor which was out of code. Surprised a licensed plumber would leave anyone in such circumstances, especially with a small child in the home.
