We called Black Stone and they came right out. Turns out that we had a full blown birds nest that was as wide as the chimney and two feet deep. Had our daughter not woken up early and woke us up to let us know something was wrong as the house smelled like smoke and the furnace was making a strange noise, the results could have been devestating. His proposal listed many more items he would repair -- as compared to what other contractors had listed in their quotes -- yet his price was in the range of the other contractors.
