A week into the project it was clear the quality and pace of work was not of the caliper that Dan had promised. Joists weren't straight, the elevation was off, and screws were hand tightened. After two weeks the project was not near completed yet we had paid 3 of the 4 installments. On July 15th, Dan requested more money. We declined since the contract indicated it was to be paid when the work was completed. On July 16th, he showed up on our property and quit the project, saying he wasn't capable of finishing. He took back some of the material and did not leave us enough material to finish the project. We now have to pay more money to complete the project and pursue means to get a refund. We are not his only dissatisfied customer but I hope we are his last!

Because of this they gained my confidence soon after they started the project. The job is now finished, they did a fantastic job, this is from someone who is a perfectionist. 4/13/23 I requested a quote for a new bay window and some stone work on our exterior. I was told…read morethat someone would be coming out at around 9:30 am- on a day we agreed upon. An hour past the appointment time, I contacted Campos and was told that the estimator would arrive "soon". The guy did finally show up and was pleasant. We got a quote of nearly 12,000 dollars and we have already spent 3,000 on the window itself. The quote was odd- just a bulk number- no break down of costs so really- we had no idea what we would have been paying for. Plus we were directed to choose stone from 2 sites- neither of which had pricing. Things that make you go "Hmmmmm. .." I requested a breakdown and was told I would get it- but I still have not. At this point I'm not interested. Added to our quote was a little "extra" regarding plywood- if plywood was needed- they would charge us 250.00 per sheet when we know the retail is only around 55$. I understand that the company needs to make money but that is quite a mark up at several hundred percent. As my husband put it- he was skeptical of the entire quote based on that alone. I'm sorry that we cannot do business. I don't doubt the work based on other reviews but I can't seem to get past even the first hurdle.

After much review we went with John Breuer. Our only contact was Dustin. We enjoyed his candor and straightforward advice. He offered all the options. Areas where we could consider saving some money, and areas where some additional money would add value. The numbers can get confusing with different contractors, but Dustin's estimate was more straightforward than some. In the end you have to go with your gut. Most of the project went pretty smoothly. Our township was unusually tough. Other neighbors confirmed. Maybe we wouldn't have had the stucco problems in the first place if they had looked as closely when the house was originally built. Most of the work was done within a month, but it was some of the finishing details that took some additional time. At no point did we feel ignored. Dustin kept us up to date. We had a lot done and I think the house was completed in a more timely fashion than some others. Additionally, during the process we had other contractors come to give estimates on various other items... like a new driveway. Each time we received unsolicited compliments on the quality of the work. That was nice to hear from people that know quality work when they see it. Also, the unsolicited compliments from others on the cosmetics were too numerous to count. The landscapers will be finishing up tomorrow and we can't wait for it all to be done. The house looks awesome. It can be scary to embark on a costly project like this. Throughout it all, Dustin and his crew were there. We would easily recommend them.

A year later we had to call them back because there was some damage during a storm in August 2020. They repaired the roof and cleaned up the damage without any issues. On top of everything the customer service was excellent, from Ryan to Brian to Bob, they were all very nice and easy to talk to. I recommend them to all of my friends.
