We completely understood that things happen, but after looking forward to having the floor done, it was definitely a buzzkill. Then, at about 2:30, Alcivar Montesdeoca and his crew showed up and completely turned the experience around. Alcivar was the lead on our job, along with Amir and another gentleman, and all three were fantastic. They committed to staying until the job was finished, and they did exactly that, working until 9:30 at night to get it done. What impressed us most was that even with such a late start, they never acted rushed or made us feel like they were just trying to get finished and go home. They were professional, friendly, hardworking, and genuinely wonderful to deal with. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really showed. The finished garage floor looks absolutely fantastic! Alcivar and his team went above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier with the results. What started out as a disappointing day turned into a very positive experience. A huge thank you to Alcivar, Amir, and the entire crew for staying late, doing the job right, and making sure we were completely satisfied before they left.
