He and his employee removed it and failed to cap off a pipe properly, which dripped all night and caused a flood in our house. We had to hire water damage experts to put huge fans into our house for 3 days to dry the damage in kitchen, dining room and basement. Mr. Smith denied that he was at fault and refused to run this through his insurance company. I had to pay an additional $1500 to get all new sub-flooring in the kitchen, due to what was damaged during the flood, new flooring in DR and LR as it was all one connected space. I wish Mr. Smith would do the right thing, admit that an accident occurred, and run this through his insurance company, rather than mine.

Carlos and his team were professional, knowledgeable and relentless when dealing with this stubborn clog; which turned out to be 25 years of garbage build up. When the clog did not break-up with their electric snake; Carlos had no other option than to cut our PVC pipe, in order to remove all of this build-up. The clog was getting hung up in one of the elbow turns; so he replaced it with a T, so that if this ever happens again (hope not), the removal of anything should be a lot easier than what he originally experienced. And lastly, Carlos went out of his way in order to keep the price down for us; which we truly appreciated.
