Santos Mechanical embodies all the qualities and characteristics of a well-run company focused on providing goods and services in a reasonably fast, efficient, and fairly priced manner. In addition, I was especially impressed with the rapid response to my initial contact and a willingness to provide a free estimate of the work required, sight unseen. To put things in perspective, other plumbers wanted to charge a fee for providing an estimate: one large, well-known company sent a technician who provided a "free" estimate of $515. When I challenged the price, he reduced it to $300, indicating that that was the best he was authorized to quote. I immediately became suspicious, thanked him for his trouble, and showed him the front door. And although he was pleasant, he arrived two hours late and did not show a lot of respect for my home. In stark contrast, Santos Mechanical returned my phone call within 15 minutes, whereupon I was quoted a price of $210. Needless to say, I accepted. Overall, I was impressed with the fast response, free estimate, fair and accurate pricing, ability to provide a clean work area (leaving the area as found), and professional workmanship. We recently moved into our new home and ran into a series of HVAC and plumbing issues. Thankfully, Santos came to the rescue! Romero, the technician, quickly diagnosed that the HVAC issue was a faulty booster, replaced it, and gave the system a thorough cleaning. Now, everything is running perfectly. On top of that, he helped us figure out how to turn on the outside water (we couldn't find the valve!), fixed our heating, and even inspected a few plumbing concerns.
