Once the parts all arrived, 2 weeks for a damn downrod fans took 2 days Amazon is crazy, We made the appt and Jerry picked up all the parts he needed and showed up. We worked in a heated attic, I needed a fan to keep him cool, but we got all the wiring done. The fans where installed in a cooler environment, but that attic was super hot. I now finally have a ceiling light in 2 bedrooms that both have fans on them. First time in 35 years of living here. Great job. She called Valley Vacuum and spoke with Sean, and I told him what we were experiencing.. Sean came to the house and found the source. A few hours later he was back with parts. His work was sub par, and we have had to hire a different plumber to fix it on two occasions. To put our entire experience to just a few short sentences, here are the bullet points: - he installed a tub with a flaw in it and let us know about the flaw after it was installed, offering the opportunity to not $100 off the price. If we did not take it, we would have been without a bathroom for a month. I'm sure he got way more than $100 off of this tub with the flaw. - we bought a special faucet, showerhead, and kit to install this behind the wall. He charged us for it, then installed some piece of crap $10 Faucet from Home Depot, hoping we would not notice. When we called him out on it, he insisted it was the right one, and then later changed his story that the correct one was not possible to install, and we reminded him that we paid for the kit to go behind this faucet. Magically, it was then installed later that day in about five minutes. - The "tile guy" that he hired to install the tile in our shower was awful. I think I could have done a better job myself. The tiles are half an inch apart, and there's so much grout that it is almost impossible to keep clean. They were also spots where there was no grout, and we had to have him come back to fill it in. I think he just had ran out of grout, and did not want to buy more. - He installed the handle for the shower incorrectly, and we have had to have a plumber come out and fix it twice. As an aside, the following summer I overheard someone talking about this plumber at the farmers market, that he had given this plumber money and the plumber had started the job, but had not been around in weeks. Go with someone else.
