Thanks for the great view Karen!

A picture perfect weather day made for a great time at the ole ballpark. Found a gluten free grill in section 112. They had gf hotdogs and chicken tenders as well as some sweet treats. Cubs won 12-2 against the Pirates. Wrigley Field is a Chicago gem.

Crosstown ! 8-19-2026.

Yikes, 3 years already since my last review for Wrigley. Well, I returned for another Crosstown Classic and it was particularly fun as, believe it or not, both the Cubs and the Sox are playing relatively well. At the same time! The surprising Sox have a 4 game lead in their division and the Cubs are 5 games back of the Brewers but hold the top NL Wild Card spot, and here it is mid August already. It's surely been a pretty fun year for Chicago MLB fans, except both teams moved to pay to view TV, and I refuse to pay after watching them for free for decades, and so I am still annoyed, but whatever. Anyway, the Sox won a good game 3-0 on this day and held the Cubs to 2 hits, and in front of a typically big Crosstown Classic crowd of 40,086. In other news, I paid a PR $17.75 for a 12 oz beer. Yes, I plan to keep track of beer prices here because they are so ridiculous, it's laughable. The end, for now.

Wrigley Field is iconic! The ivy-covered outfield walls and hand-operated scoreboard...so cool! It's a National Historic Landmark and home to the Cubs since 1916. It's so fun seeing games here. The vibes are good and you can just feel that you're somewhere special. I've seen nighttime and daytime games here and it's so enjoyable. So easy to get to with the red line. Entrances and security moves quickly. Clean bathrooms and outdoor terraces too. I even found a free sunscreen dispenser and I was thrilled! Water fountains and bottle refilling stations too. Cool city views and the Wrigleyville neighborhood is really fun and lively.

First time at Wrigley Field and it absolutely lived up to the hype. There's something special about the energy, the history, and seeing the ivy-covered walls in person. The atmosphere is electric from the moment you walk in, and even if you're not a huge baseball fan, it's hard not to get caught up in the excitement. Great views, a fun crowd, and plenty of food and drink options. As someone who needs gluten-free options, I was happy to find a concession stand that offered them, which made the experience even better. Wrigley is one of those places that's just as much about the experience as it is the game. Can't wait to go back!

Another stadium checked off my MLB stadium tour! Wrigley Field was everything I hoped it would be, so classic and full of history. One thing to be aware of: there are people outside offering to take your photos, but they're really just looking for tips. I loved that there was a kosher cart at the stadium, and of course, I had to get a Chicago dog!

What's not to love about this ballpark??? They still have the old scoreboard being turned by hand. The location is great! Ok, getting here is a pain and takes forever. But, the ballpark is cool and so worth the experience. The surrounding area has lots to do before and after the game. Easy to make a day/evening out of cheers on the Cubs and being entertained.

I'm more known as a White Sox fan, but special occasions call for exceptions: big sis date to watch two top teams battle it out-Dodgers versus Cubbies 8/5! Seriously, concession prices are pricey yet why do hot dogs taste SOO much better at stadiums?! Fresh crisp Chardonnay added bonus Next stop is definitely a White Sox game with fun big sis once again ‍ Passionate fans and nostalgic Wrigley Field are one of Chicago's best treasures. Awesome seats in section 233 in right field near Jumbotron and being able to see multiple home runs land in right few bleachers! Btw Cubs won 7-6

Kari's Rating 9/10 TLDR: -Ask for a beer in a non-souvenir cup, it's $3 cheaper and a little smaller but they will default a souvenir cup for $19 -Bleachers were rowdy and loud -The staff will break up the cup snake around inning 7th inning stretch Came for a night game at 7:05 and we got there at 6:05 and there were still a lot of bleacher seats available. We got a bunch of beers and unfortunately no food as we were going to eat after. Honestly a lot of fun, but I wish they weren't that good because tickets are expensive now! Haha a wonderful time was had.

A Chicago dog at a ballpark. It doesnt get any better! Wrigley Field!

For me, Chicago has always been a baseball town. And Sox at Cubs is a must-see! The Cubbies won this time, and in our group of friends, it's the winners who pay for the first round after the game :-) Up in this part of town it's Chicago Handshakes in Wrigleyville! A shot of that crazy-tasting Malört digestif and an Old Style beer chaser! It's a friendly but shocking slap!

The Friendly Confines

The Friendly Confines never disappoints. Still get so excited to go to games even though one point I averaged 10 per year. Amazing experience.

Wrigley Field is such a fun experience and a must-visit for any Chicago trip, especially for baseball fans! The crowd atmosphere is unbeatable, truly! Everyone is excited, engaged, and there are so many fun interactions happening throughout the game that make it feel like more than just watching baseball. The food and drinks are surprisingly reasonably priced for a stadium, and there are plenty of options to enjoy while cheering on the Cubs. The best part is the location -- there is so much to do before or after a game in the Wrigleyville neighborhood, from grabbing a drink to exploring the lively atmosphere around the stadium. Whether you're a die-hard Cubs fan or just looking for a fun game-day experience, Wrigley Field delivers every time. Go Cubs!

What a field and what a fan base that is very passionate with their team. Also what a beautiful stadium . I enjoyed it very much and the food was good and drinks were good too. Everyone here is so friendly.

PLAY BALL seriously who would give wrigley anything but 5 stars. Love my cubbies. Love my baseball diamond nestled in a neighborhood. Love that there isn't a massive parking lot surrounding the stadium. Love that you can see CTA and the lake. BEST MLB STADIUM

Beware the size of the frozen blue beverage, it is way bigger than you want it to be and you become an eyesore.

Ask the Community - Wrigley Field

Looking at tickets for Chris Stapleton in August. It says section 32 is obstructed view. Is that because of the netting?

It is because of the low ceiling and large structural pools that hold up the stadium. Was not bad for a ball game as there is lots going on. But would be a problem for a concert unless the stage was huge and lots of movement.

We are driving up for Sunday's game. Where is the best place to park near Wrigley Field?

Try using the Spot Hero App! It'll list out the parking garages near Wrigley Field along with the prices.

Are credit cards accepted here?

Yes but take cash if you plan to buy snacks from the seat vendors

What hotels in the area do you recommend?

Hotel Zachary and The Wheelhouse are quite close. I'm sure you'd be able to find a reasonably-priced Airbnb in the area as well. The Friendly Confines are quite close to L stations, so it's easily accessible even if you don't stay at a super close…

I'll be in Chicago mid March but the Cubs are away for spring training. Am I allowed to tour the stadium during the off season?

It is currently under construction, So even if they do have doors going you won't get the full experience. The last I saw the field was torn up

I'm a female visiting Wrigley Field solo from the Bay Area. Is there anything I should know not to miss or to watch out for?

Pretty safe area. Nice restaurants and bars in the area. Stay on the main streets. Also the new Cubs plaza is worth checking out!

Bleacher Suite at Wrigley Field - Elopement Flowers in Fannie May Sweet, Wrigley Field

There's a premium food buffet, a better selection of alcohol (open bar), and access to the bleachers themselves, if you want to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of a full Cubs game Bleachers Experience. If not, the air conditioning inside might be your cup of tea (tea also one of the amenities, if you so choose). This is a private party suite, and you have to arrange with the Cubs ahead of time to use it, but, like a lot of the other suites, it's an experience you should try at least once, and unlike many of the other suites, it's open to the average public (who can afford the per person charge). Get a group of your friends together and give it a try!

Diego Chahda was our contact, and a prince. He helped us with ticket distribution, decorations, flowers, food, the whole deal. He set up the entire room (perfectly) based on our specs, and escorted us around the ballpark before opening pitch. Andrea at Levy catering made sure we had the perfect food and beverage package. She and her staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. From set-up to take-down, the entire Fannie May Bleacher Sweet staff was professional, fast, and slightly adorable. The large, long Fannie May Sweet is in the center of the ballpark bleachers. The room is temperature controlled, has private bathrooms, huge windows, access to the bleachers, and a view that can't be beat. The Bleacher Sweet was perfect for our private party - our guests will be talking about it (and the Cubs' Championship Season) for years.

The arena itself is just a little better than a high school gym. It's small with stadium bleacher seating on both sides of the court. There are electronic score boards on both sides and a large screen that shows the game. I'm not sure the purpose of the screen since the arena is small enough where watching the actual court is better than looking at a vibrant screen. The sound system was fabulous. It was easy to hear the lively announcer. There was a concession stand that was nicely staffed outside of the arena; however, the small space was easily congested. There was also a table that sold t-shirts. Tickets for the games are inexpensive. We were able to get two seats (and they were assigned seats) to a sold out game. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that there was a DePaul student already in one of our seats. We showed her that she was in our seat and she only scooched over a little on the bench so that the two of us could squeeze into one seat space with my posterior hanging off the end. The girl explained that students are allowed to get into the games for free and that they are allowed to sit wherever they like despite folks who have paid tickets for assigned seats. It was extremely uncomfortable to sit on a cramped bleacher in that fashion. Additionally there was little leg room. My knees often touched the back of the person in front of me. I'm a small person so I can't imagine a tall person having to squish into the space. On the plus side, I appreciated that the cheerleaders, the dance team, and the band were all there to provide entertainment during time-outs and half-time.
