But because of the stadium's age, there are support beams (poles) that can block your view if you're not careful with your seats. It's part of the old-school charm, but definitely something to be aware of when booking so you don't end up with an obstructed view. What really adds to the experience is everything around the stadium in Wrigleyville. The whole neighborhood feels like an extension of the ballpark--bars, restaurants, and crowds of fans all flowing together before and after the game. It's lively without feeling overwhelming, and it makes the whole outing more than just a game--it's an event. The owner closed all the bars in the facility…read morewith over an hour left in the concert...they stopped serving 30 minutes before the vendors inside Wrigley Field stopped serving. After closing the bars the owner continued to serve his guests, but not anyone who actually bought a ticket!?! The owner seemed more intoxicated than any of the patrons and did not seem to mind that he was ripping off his customers....the bartenders were all very nice, and were sympathetic to what happened but it was out of their control. Until this place gets new ownership l, I would avoid at all costs.

It is now my very favorite rooftop viewing venue (out of 3 I have experienced so far) despite the fact that it is the smallest footprint rooftop. Besides being able to see most of the field and the action, the seats also all have handy benchtops for conveniently eating your food and drinking your drinks. It's a bit tight quarters inside, but we weren't there much. Burgers, brats, Italian beefs and such are served in the rear and the condiments are in the front of the venue due to spacing, so a teeny bit of walking, but that's nothing. Big thumbs up!

This is a private party suite, and you have to arrange with the Cubs ahead of time to use it, but, like a lot of the other suites, it's an experience you should try at least once, and unlike many of the other suites, it's open to the average public (who can afford the per person charge). Get a group of your friends together and give it a try!

Diego Chahda was our contact, and a prince. He helped us with ticket distribution, decorations, flowers, food, the whole deal. He set up the entire room (perfectly) based on our specs, and escorted us around the ballpark before opening pitch. Andrea at Levy catering made sure we had the perfect food and beverage package. She and her staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. From set-up to take-down, the entire Fannie May Bleacher Sweet staff was professional, fast, and slightly adorable. The large, long Fannie May Sweet is in the center of the ballpark bleachers. The room is temperature controlled, has private bathrooms, huge windows, access to the bleachers, and a view that can't be beat. The Bleacher Sweet was perfect for our private party - our guests will be talking about it (and the Cubs' Championship Season) for years.

Went with a friend to my first Cubs rooftop game. They had a nice selection of food. I had the…read morebrat, which was my favorite, as well as a cheeseburger, hot dog and Italian beef. Can you say pigging out! They also had a nice selection of beer, including Fat Tire and Blue Moon. There was a long line for food right about the time the game started but earlier and later the line was reasonable. The beer line moved quickly for most of the game. I expected the view of the field to be more blocked. Overall, I was pleased with my first rooftop experience.
