Then when our turn was up we saw it cost twice as much to run the shampoo machine vs the place we just left because we didn't care for their machine either. We started putting quarters in, but the display was so jacked up we couldn't even see what it was saying. Then, it turned on before we hit the $2 limit and started counting the time down (I presume, since the display was changing in every second. Still no clue what the heck it said). We hurried to put 2 bucks in, so we could start the shampoo part. It was only after we put about $2.50 in we realized the shampoo head was busted anyway, so we had like 5-6 minutes (estimates) or vacuum time that we didn't need. Now we have to go somewhere else to finish the job.

The outside and inside of this location is very clean and bright not like other dark and dirty service locations. I only needed to wait a short time for others in front of me to be serviced. Once I talked to someone we discussed different options available to me and I felt I was not being forced to pay for the higher priced oil. We discussed the differences and I was able to make an educated decision. The service time was reasonable for the oil change about 30-45 minutes as expected and less than I have waited in the past at other locations. And it allowed me to have a couple frosted beverages at 30 hop on the other side of the parking lot. :) When I returned shortly before my service was done I was the only one in the entrance. I was quickly & cheerfully greeted by the Service Manager Kevin and he apologized for not meeting me earlier because he was with another customer. He mentioned that he was finishing up some research into some of the concerns the technician found with my vehicle. He showed me pictures and later provided me with prices and service times for each item. I was provided with email receipts and future service items along with the inspection details of everything from tire pressure to air filter quality. I would feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone who has very limited automotive knowledge. I do not think they would take advantage of anyone. Once was work to the front end of our Ford Focus, once was a rock chip repair in my Honda Odyssey window, and I currently have another appointment scheduled to fix my van from someone hitting my rear bumper when it was parked. Fortunately, Derek and the crew are hands down the kindest, most understanding, helpful, patient people around. They are great about answering questions and giving options for repairs. They are quick to schedule you (even when parts are hard to come by). While the supply chain issues are making it difficult to do their jobs, they are definitely providing the most courteous, professional custom service I could ever ask for.
