I clearly will not go there again. The customer service from the manager sucked and the crew working there that day was too concerned with hanging out with each other then doing your jobs. I came here for the inside/outside car wash. I paid the extra money for all my floor mats to be cleaned making the total $36. The outside of the car looked great! Once I got home I did notice in my back middle council w/ noticeable dust/dirt and the same underneath the front glove box. I did opt for the new car smell and that smelled great. read more

First ever Yelp Review, but I felt this needed to be posted. First time I took my truck through this wash and the blowers blew off my bed cover and broke it. Previously I had gone through 10+ other car washes without any issues since I bought my truck. I wanted to try out Mister Car Wash. Obviously they were not responsive to making the issue right. They pointed to the sign that stated where they are not responsible for any damage to covers. There are a lot of options out there. And there are a lot of well-meaning owners that try to make things right and not just dismiss you. Give your business to them because if you have any issues this car wash does not care. I got the platinum but my car did still come out with snow / ice under the tires. I'm still thinking on joining the membership just to do it every other day. I was charged the wrong amount. I visited this location on 12/24, and selected the $18 option...I have never paid for tire shine at a car wash in my life, and definitely didn't spring for the $22 option which included it. They even had a guy standing at the kiosk typing in everything...with another ask for a tip, which I was not going to provide for a service that was beyond unnecessary. I watched him enter the amount and I paid $19 and change...imagine my surprise a few weeks later when I check my cc statement and see that I was charged for the most expensive ($22) wash. Disputed the charge with my cc company, and definitely won't be back. read more

I am from out of town, I drove in yesterday and learned Iowa has a long of bugs. My car had a lot of bug guts and bird poop on her. I told them upfront I was worried. The attendant at the kiosk assured me if one go didn't do the job then I could go again. I believe it was the manager Michael who said I needed to go a third time. Some bugs were holding on desperately on my windshield so Michael had to do it the old fashion way - by hand. Honestly pretty happy with my wash. Thank you so much! read more

My review is specifically about company policy, not the people I have interacted with at the actual car wash. I have always found all of the people at our local washes extraordinarily nice and professional. However, I found out today that there is no way to use a gift card towards the monthly unlimited car wash charge. I received $100 gift card for Christmas and was planning to use it for the unlimited monthly plan. We have been loyal customers and even had two separate unlimited monthly plans as they do not provide any sort of family plan to give a savings to multi car families who bring all their cars to the wash. I was told today that the gift card could not be used toward the monthly plans which seems strange that I cannot apply the money any way I choose. Unfortunately we will be asking for a refund and take the money to a different car wash that does allow gift cards to be applied toward monthly payments. I would give 2 stars, but the staff is always friendly. No spot free rinse, and if there is, it doesn't work. Spots are horrible every single time I leave this location. Also, the wash does not go all around your car so if SUV or Truck the back end will not get cleaned! Save your money and go elsewhere. read more
