I have had them service/work on, a Camaro, Camary, Explorer, Ram and Tacoma. I had taken my Tacoma to a popular tire place in Iowa City to have an alignment and tires mounted as I have a 3" lift on my truck, and they were willing to do it.(Archies could not due to the lift) Huge mistake! I left there with a light of low tire coming on. Took it back and they told me I needed a whole new computer panel(?)- the thing under the dash where they find what is wrong. I took it to Archies..false! I did NOT need a new item; they had loosened the wire in the back of that piece and all it needed was to be plugged back in! Archies saved me a headache and ton of money...as that was no charge as all they did was plug it back in! I highly recommend for honesty and quality service!

Then he bent axle puting it in wants 3500 for damage he caused. Claimed i was over miles and it was out of warranty. He Charged me for the leak he caused. I proved in court he lied about the whole thing. He said i was over miles even claimed i put 500 miles on it when it left his shop pouring out fluid and i drove it straight back to his shop. In all he cost me over 10k dollars in damages to my 70k Jeep. Leked fluid over brakes that needed replced. Plus I had to redo the gears. Because he left it leaking three different times. I had to pay to get the ben axle fixed the he bent overtighning it. Any ruin my custom wheels Because he couldn't find a key to unlock the lock. Rather than call me , he just broke it off Leaving tears in all my wheels. He admitted in court that he didn't even know how to fix his daughter's jeep. That he misdiagnosed her Jeep with the same thing, 3 different times before he realized it was a Bent axle. He's meat , head that thinks brute force and banging stuff is the answer to everything. This guy's the biggest crook and liar you will ever come across. He outsourced the work. Had it for3 days every time. Put over five hundred miles on my jeep. He stole paperwork out of my glove box. Trying to say that it was over miles on the warranty. Well , I proved in court , he was lying. I had a battery installed before he worked on it.And after it left his shop proving my miles. Otherwise , he would have got away with it. Absolutely do not go to this guy.
