I usually go for the middle level wash (it's like $12) and feel like that gets the job done. I've never had an issue with how clean it came out and haven't noticed any damage to my vehicle. I also really appreciate the free vacuums here even when I don't get a wash. The suction is good and there are hoses for either side so you don't have to drag it across your freshly cleaned car. Checks the boxes for me! Could definitely do worse than Sudz.

I had the same experience as the other customer. Their team didn't wash the mats good. There were still traces of mud on them and other areas of my truck and also pools of chemicals or water inside my middle console area. I asked the young man to go over it again and he did. Though I was not 100% happy, I genuinely think he was doing what he knew how to do. And for that reason I gave a small tip and a review that I feel is more than fair. There were more areas to take pictures of but I have more important things to do so I'm moving on from this. To this particular car wash. Please, retrain your team.

Took advantage of their free trial to see how they perform as the reviews here aren't favorable, though most likely only angry people leave review. True to their name, the wash was quick. Most of the bug gunk on my windshield was removed and my red car shines. The negatives are that many bugs on my front plate remain, there's still some bird droppings on my hood, and the dirt on my wheels is now streaky. The touchless car washes I frequent in MN seem to do a better job than the many scrubbers in this wash. I will say that I was worried that the scrubbers would bend my front plate, but that didn't happen. UPDATE: The subscription I signed up for let me go through a second time, which is great! However, the bugs on my plate and bird droppings are still present. The bird droppings are not that noticeable, but there are still remnants. Not sure I'd be okay with $43 a month (highest tier package) for a service that isn't as comprehensive for a long road trip clean up. Local every day washes seem to be great tho.
