There's never a convenient time for either. Our Mazda CX-5's front right bumper was side swiped or backed into by someone, likely in a parking lot. Boo. Thankfully this was just cosmetic paint damage and not something far more complex. I emailed Waln on a Sunday night and heard back from the General Manager, Emily, first thing on Monday morning. I drove my car to Waln, where I proceeded to receive a repair estimate in less than 20 minutes. There was no wait time, but I would encouraging calling ahead so they know you're coming. They have 3 bays designed specifically for repair estimates. Customers wait in their car or in the waiting room while their vehicles are being looked over. Once I received the repair estimate I took several things into consideration (age of car/current value/overall condition, etc.) and ultimately asked if there was a second option. Chuck worked with me and truly made my day/week/month. Jeff is uber talented and he, too, made my day/week/month. Based on my short, but excellent experience at Waln I can't recommend them enough.

Recently, I was looking to get a 4 wheel alignment for my BMW. Rather than taking the job, they were honest and referred me to a couple of European shops that specialize in alignments for euro cars. Even though they did not do the work, they've earned my business the next time I have non bmw work. They would rather the work be done properly, even if it's not their shop, rather than just make money.

Unfortunately, my husband and I have had to utilize Quality Auto Body for a few different reasons in the last 10 years. Once was work to the front end of our Ford Focus, once was a rock chip repair in my Honda Odyssey window, and I currently have another appointment scheduled to fix my van from someone hitting my rear bumper when it was parked. Fortunately, Derek and the crew are hands down the kindest, most understanding, helpful, patient people around. They are great about answering questions and giving options for repairs. They are quick to schedule you (even when parts are hard to come by). While the supply chain issues are making it difficult to do their jobs, they are definitely providing the most courteous, professional custom service I could ever ask for. I'm happy to have this shop local to us. I would highly recommend this body and glass repair shop to others.

It's refreshing to find an auto repair shop that values honesty, communication, and quality workmanship. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust--especially when others can't solve the problem--I highly recommend Hubbell's Auto. Honest, reliable, and truly knowledgeable. They ordered the part and got it fixed! I dropped my car off the night before and they had it done by noon the next day. The front desk guy, Gavin, is also the sweetest! I called and spoke to them on the phone I explained what my car needed and asked if they did those…read morerepairs they said they did. So I booked an appointment on line. They claim to be full tow service so I called to have my car towed into their shop I was informed that no they don't do towing, so I asked why they claim to be full tow service when Gary informed me that they provide the phone number for me to call and make the arrangements to have my car towed into their shop, not sure how that makes them full tow service but I can certainly Google a phone number myself. I was also in formed that the online appointment don't coincide with the shops actual schedule. And just because I made the appointment for that day does not mean that is the day they will get to my car. I was at work and didn't have time to find another shop and explain what I needed done. I paid $181 to have my car towed to their shop. I called a few hours later just to make sure my car had been towed in. I was told they hooked a code reader up to the car and he proceeds to tell me a thousand different things that could or couldn't be wrong with the car. I told him I don't care what the code reader says are you going to fix the valve cover gasket which is why I brought it in. He goes on and on about this code reader and how fixing that isn't going to do any good if I don't fix this and this and this. So I said okay don't worry about it I'll come pick up my car because a code reader can give you 10 different codes and from there it's a guessing game. Never asked my car to be hooked up to a code reader I dropped it off explaining what I needed done. He informs me that I owe $87.00. they didn't do anything to my vehicle except hook it up to a code reader that I never asked for and literally takes what maybe 30-40 seconds. so $181 to have it towed, $87 for the 30second effort they spent on my car and the $100+ dollars it's going to be for another tow truck. It cost me over $400 just to have them hook up a code reader. And not the actual repairs I took it in for. After calling other businesses who will actually service my vehicle I was informed my car doesn't even have a valve cover gasket it has a cam carrier... Too bad the code reader couldn't tell them that! I can't even express how much I do not recommend
