Great repair job on my 1911. Fit a new thumb safety and works great. Job completed in the time frame promised.

They quoted me a good price when I brought in the rifle. It was completed within the time frame they told me and there were no surprise charges. They notified me when the work was done. The gentleman at the reception was really nice, easy to talk to and didn't talk down to me as some other places would. I have them now as my first choice for any armory work and I would recommend them to anyone. Fair price, great service and timely work.

Went to Wright Armory to get handrail and gas block installed on stock smith and wesson m&p 15…read more Website stated $60-80, At the store they said the prices were not updated on the website and it would end up being $99. They stated they were having trouble with the gas block but returned by gun to me anyway and said it *should* work. Unfortunately when I drove out to the desert to test, the gun would not cycle. They claimed it may be the gas block's fault and I would need to get another block for them to install. They then wanted to charge me an extra $50 to simply remove the old gas block and slide the new one on. I assumed for the $100 (for a half hour of work) would be getting the expertise of an actual gunsmith, but I assumed wrong. UPDATE - Took it to a different armory just down the street. They claimed whoever put the gas block on before had pinned it first then slid the gas tube in, stopping it from seating all the way. The gun now cycles after a quick 5 minute repair. Whether this was a genuine mistake or Wright armory trying to make some easy money off an AR newbie, I don't know. Either way I no longer have trust for this place

Since they are an actual manufacturer which is likely why they have things you cant find anywhere else. The optics line they import (exclusively if I'm not mistaken)amazing Billet Aluminum alloy! and they have night vision laser/ ir set ups better and smaller than anyone else somehow for less and the awesome pop up optic! so durable they were seriously dropping it on the ground just to show it could withstand abuse! I saw it with multiple customers. The online store has more inventory than the actual gunsmithing / storefront but I come in to see the consignments they have since thats not online. a whole wall of mauser world war 2 rifles from 5 different countries and a 1911 thats chambered for 357 mag! Even actual Joe foss owned Guns used in the war by Joe foss himself. I have a go fund me if anyone wants to help a financially challenged student get a Reaper pop up red dot optic on my 2011!! Im looking to be one of the first civilians to own a Di optic Reaper pop up! in the Marine corps they used one on the .50 not a reaper but a DI optic unit (much larger I saw one in the display) it was the only red dot that did not succumb to SIDS! you know sudden infant death syndrome! it really shakes the hell out of em!
