It was busier than I expected, though it was a Saturday evening. One thing I noticed upon walking in was an odd smell, which wasn't the best first impression. We came to take advantage of their Instagram BOGO promotion, where you receive a second ice cream free after liking and following their page. The catch is that both ice creams must be the same flavour, which makes sense since they essentially split one regular serving into two smaller portions. For example, we ordered the Ferrero Rocher, and they only used one Ferrero Rocher chocolate between both ice creams. If I'm being honest, this is a gimmick to get people to come and is not an honest promotion. Our other flavour was Mango Madness. Each ice cream comes with two toppings of your choice, and additional toppings are $0.99 each. There was a decent variety of toppings, including sauces (such as chocolate and mango), whipped cream, fresh fruit (strawberries and mango), flavoured jellies, and popping boba. Overall, the ice cream was just okay. At around $10 plus tax per serving, I personally didn't find the quality, taste, or portion size justified the price. The shop itself was fairly clean, modern, and had plenty of seating. The staff members we interacted with were friendly, although the manager came across as less approachable. I also understand that it takes time to make the ice cream since it's not just the usual scoop, but the time between getting our first and last ice creams were a little ridiculous as they didn't make them in order. People who had ordered after us left before we got our full order, leaving the first ones to start eating before their's melted. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it also wasn't memorable enough for me to return.

Overall, a great dessert spot with generous portions and unique flavours. Would definitely come back again!

I understand the hype, the menu is fun, has a large selection (soft serve, milkshakes, pizookies, fresh pressed juice, smoothies, crepes, mocktails, fruity milks, etc), and the flavors are great. I got their "Einstein" soft serve ice cream which is supposedly blueberry flavored, although we thought it tasted more like a blueberry cotton candy which was still delicious. He ordered the chocolate cookie & vanilla soft serve with cornflakes and devoured it at a speed I had never seen my brother eat at before lmao. Even though the lines often pile through the front door the later it gets throughout the night, the turnover is surprisingly quick and you never wait longer than 10min. I'd recommend parking literally anywhere else in the plaza and taking the extra minute or two to walk to Aseer Time, otherwise you will be stuck trying to get in and out. 10/10 solid late night dessert spot that we are absolutely coming back to!

It's located in a ridgeway plaza, so there's always a lot going on around it, which adds to the whole experience. When I went, it was very lively but I do think it was a little too busy. The interior is nice and modern, nothing too crazy but clean and well put together. It definitely gives more of a grab and go vibe, but there is still seating. It gets really packed so it's hard to find a seat though. The service was pretty quick I will say despite the rush, it took like 5 mins for them to come out with our desserts. I tried the Dubai ice cream and the Dubai chocolate strawberries cup, and both were really good. The Dubai ice cream was super creamy and rich, with a really nice texture. It felt indulgent but still smooth and not too heavy. The Dubai chocolate strawberries were also really good!! The chocolate was rich and paired nicely with the strawberries. It's definitely on the sweeter side, but if you like desserts like that, you'll enjoy it. Portion-wise, it's pretty filling, so it's honestly better to share, especially if you're trying more than one item. Price is a bit on the higher side, but that's kind of expected for these trendy dessert spots. Overall, really good experience. Fun spot to try something different, especially if you've been seeing these desserts all over social media. I'd definitely come back to try more!

Having watched a ton of reels show up from Holy Shakes while scrolling multiple apps, I had high…read moreexpectations from this place. I went there on two different days to try two different items from their menu and here's my honest feedback: On the first day, we had their Oreo freak shake - it came in a glass bottle packed with Oreo milkshake, oreo biscuit pieces on the bottle, one part waffle - followed by vanilla ice cream and then the second part of the waffle drizzled with chocolate sauce. I'll admit, the presentation wasn't as fancy as it looks online. The taste was good (very basic, but good), so I wasn't disappointed. The next day, I ordered their cheesecake experience - it comes with their original flavor cheesecake factory cheesecake, along with a side of ice cream and one topping. I was told there will be an extra $2 charge if you want the cone that's shown in their pictures in the store and online. I am a fan of the theory that looks good and tastes good so I went all in and added the cone! My total came to $20 which IMO was a lot for what little was offered. I chose the biscoff crumb as a topping, malai ice cream, and Belgian chocolate sauce drizzled on top along with white chocolate. Honestly, the amount of biscoff crumbs they added was a joke. We felt like the cheesecake was way more sour than it should have been and decided to let the staff know to which we were told that the cheesecakes are supposed to stay good for 6 months (that could be true, but I believe the cheesecake slice we received was part of a bigger cake that had been thawed at least a few days back so it was starting to get sour), the staff was hesitant but accommodating so she replaced our cheesecake with a different one that we chose. We went for the Oreo cheesecake (not pictured), and I thought it was quite good. However, the cone added to the dish was also left open for a while I'm guessing so it had a weird taste. The malai ice cream was amazing though. I might not go back to this same location again and would be cautious even if I did.

I really liked the Ferrero Rocher shake, it was exactly what I was craving, and my friends loved the Kinder Bueno Shake. It is really sweet and heavy, so not something you can always have. I would say we came at a pretty good time, we were able to wait in line inside but a couple minutes after there was a line waiting outside. They had alot of interesting flavors to choose from. Originally we wanted two scoops but I was stuck between two flavors I really wanted to try, so we got three scoops haha. We got the Stracciatella, Black Sesame, and Cheese Lover's. The girl taking our order was very friendly and helpful. And upon tasting their gelato for the first time, wow. This is hands down one of the best gelatos I've ever had. It was really everything I could've wanted in a gelato: great consistency, smooth, creamy, very flavorful. And of course it nailed the sweet but not too sweet level. The portion size was perfect for us and I like the little vanilla waffle cracker they added on top. The space inside had a couple tables to eat at, but it was packed once we got our gelato. There wasn't a single empty table in sight so we just walked outside and ate it there. There's a reason why there is always a line at this place and it's not hard to see why.
