The restaurant itself has plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor options as well. I was particularly impressed by the menu, which has plenty of options for vegetarians and vegan diets and a great selection of salads. My husband ordered the breakfast with pancakes and it was delicious! I wouldn't necessarily call it the friendliest service I've experienced, but the food is excellent. If you find yourself in the area, I would definitely recommend that you stop by and try some of their tasty food.

Even when there's other tables around, even when it's one minute before closing time. I don't think he understands how restaurants work. He will tell you not to go inside because the place is closed, even though you're just trying to get napkins to pack your food. I've witnessed him being rude to multiple other customers, he will rip the salt off your table, will start slamming chairs around you and give you a death stare! And even though I brought it up to the manager and to other employees, nothing has been done and he still works there. He absolutely ruined this place for me that I used to patron for over a decade. Awful move! And even worse to ignore that this is happening when you've been told multiple times. The other employees are cool, the food is decent, and the manager I thought was awesome, but they are completely ignoring this issue and it needs to be addressed . That guy needs to go! They will lose more patronage.

There was a gentleman working behind the counter with dark curly hair (I didnt catch his name since they don't wear name tags) but this guy is a star employee and if corporate is listening- invest in people like him. The whole time that we ate inside during our meal, I saw him greet every single customer who came in- even if he was busy, he acknowledged every one immediately and said he would be right with them. I saw him speed grabbing 3 online orders and put them together SO fast (one of them was mine) and it came out perfect with all my modifications correct. He was quick, accurate and attentive to customers. This was earlier today on 5/16 in the afternoon. Corporate needs to highlight this guy as employee of the month if they haven't already. My only wish is that there was a Sweetgreen closer to me so I could eat there more often! Also protip- download their app and make a rewards account for $5 off your first app order.

Upon entering, I was overwhelmed with the amount of options I had to customize my bowl. My girlfriend and I both built our own bowls (her first time, too!) and we ended up with 2 completely different flavors even though we had the same meats and greens. I finished my steak bowl with hummus, feta, and garlic dressing and achieved a nice umami rich flavor, while she customized hers with tzatziki, Persian cucumbers, and a dill dressing. This embodies how versatile CAVA is in meeting your preferences. The store was very chic and lively. The staff members were very patient with us and took the time to explain the toppings and dressings. Lastly, CAVA offers a great bang for your buck. Me and my girlfriend left with full, happy bellies for less than 40 bucks! That's value in this mall where so many meals for the same degree of fullness are upwards of $60! 5/5 would recommend and return!

Walked in on a Sunday around 11:30am, restaurant maybe a quarter full. Seated in a corner with incomplete silverware, no menus for several minutes, no water for even longer. Waited another 10-15 minutes with menus in hand before anyone came to take our order. The food wait aside, what really stood out was the lack of basic check-ins. No "sorry for the wait," no acknowledgment, and when I finally asked for the bill, the manager came over with the terminal, took payment, and walked off without much of a follow-up except to hand over boxes. Just a little warmth goes a long way! Food, when it arrived: * Landwer's Pancakes: the highlight. Three pancakes tall with seasonal fruit, whipped cream, Nutella, and maple syrup. Delicious and a generous portion. * Croissant Sandwich: disappointing. Tough, chewy croissant with thinner filling than the bread size warranted. Hard to get a clean bite. The Century City location is convenient, and parking on weekend mornings is easy before the crowds roll in.

My friend and I made a reservation for outdoor dining for brunch. We arrive right around our reservation time to find nobody at the podium. After a few minutes, a woman comes up and asks, "For two?" before immediately turning around and walking the other way, to which point we stop her and say that we actually had a reservation which we gave her all the details for. She stopped for about half a second, grabbed menus, then turned around again and brought the menus to an indoor table, then just walked away without making eye contact. She did not even tell us to follow her nor say a single word to us once we were seated. No worries, right? Wrong. We perused the menus and waited for about ten minutes, with no staff members coming by to help us. We started looking around to try to flag someone down, but each staff member was either not looking in our direction and/or wearing a different outfit from the next staff member, with some outfits almost having a nightclub aesthetic than wait staff. Eventually, another individual comes by our table and, again, without greeting us or making any eye contact, aloofly says, "Just order off the QR code," which we didn't see because the menus were covering it. Now, my friend who I was with works in the mall, and I know the restaurant offers a discount for mall employees, so as the employee was walking away, I called out and asked if we would still get the discount if ordering off the QR code, and he said yes. Note that in all the times my friend and I have eaten here in the past, it was always traditional table service. Then, we go to place our order, and after adding everything to the basket, it tries to charge my credit card. At this point, almost 20 minutes had gone by since we arrived, with still no single greeting or water or silverware set or anything. I get up to speak to another waiter who was helping nearby tables, to which I am again told to just order off the QR code but was reassured that the mall discount would be applied once the tab was settled. So we oblige and place our order through the portal. Several minutes later, the same waiter who I had most recently spoken with had come to our table (mind you, this is the first time someone came to our table in the entire time we were seated) and said that the restaurant was out of some of the items on our menu. And it was at this point that we FINALLY got waters. At this point, we had to look through the menu again, but it was getting to the point where we were going to miss our movie, so we had to just abandon ship and eat at the mall food court. Upon leaving, the only acknowledgement we got was from the first woman who "brought" us to our table, which was a petty smile and wave. Allow me to make myself clear. I hold no animosity against any establishment for being short-staffed, for requiring QR code ordering, or for being out of ingredients. This stuff just happens. What I do have an issue with is the astounding lack of any grace or hospitality, without even a simple "Whenever you're ready go ahead and use the QR codes on the table" or even a welcome. It just felt as though every person was just trying to get by with doing the bare minimum, and every employee had attitude. Even the couple next to us, who had been seated before we arrived, never got acknowledged. It's honestly a shame, because many of the items here are great, and the offerings are unique, but if this is how Cafe Landwer chooses to operate and treat its customers, I won't be back.

We tried a few things so we could share, and honestly everything came out looking as good as it tasted. The cheesesteak was loaded with meat and melted cheese on a perfectly toasted roll, and those house chips are dangerously snackable. Crispy, seasoned, and you keep reaching for another one without realizing it. The chicken salad was probably the surprise of the meal. Fresh, crunchy, loaded with texture, and topped with crispy bits that made every bite better. Definitely not one of those sad "I guess I'll get a salad" situations. We also tried the sandwich with slaw, which was messy in the best possible way -- piled high, saucy, crunchy and packed with flavor. Portions here are generous, so come hungry or plan on taking something home. Service was friendly, food came out fresh, and I love that Super Peach feels casual without the food feeling like an afterthought.
