Everything is so fresh and made to order, I loved everything we tried and can't say enough great things about wrapstar! They have 3 small tables outside and one inside so very limited seating . They have 6 signature options that you can choose to have as a wrap or salad . I chose the bbq chicken wrap and it was delcious. It has a mild spicy dressing and turkey bacon . You can also modify any option to add tofu and make it vegetarian . I want to be able to rate it higher, but since I couldn't eat even half of my wrap due to it being sickeningly sweet, I just can't. Service was quick and friendly enough, but when I asked between two of the wraps I was steered to the Chinese chicken wrap; too much dressing maybe? Shouldn't matter-- even with half the dressing it would have been sweeter than many desserts are. And, this is coming from someone who ENJOYS a sweeter vinaigrette/honey mustards, but I literally just threw most of a 20$ wrap away (including tip) because it was THAT sweet, and I'm sitting here hungry looking to find something else. What I can say is 'large' IS large, most can probably get by with a regular. Ingredients seemed pretty fresh enough. Three stars for the good service (minus the recommendation) and the size/ingredients, but edible food is still important. I'm guessing that their other dressings aren't as sweet and after I work up the courage to try another wrap, I will update and I'm optimistic I'll have a better experience. read more

My new lunch spot! Wow, I cannot say enough good things about this spot- from the staff, to the food, to ambiance, it is all amazing! I went to the new location that opened up in West Hollywood on SM Blvd and I can honestly say it's probably my new lunch spot! Everything is incredibly fresh, made to order, not like other fast casual spots where the food and toppings are sitting in bins- not here! They make everything fresh when you order. I don't know if the owner was the one ringing us up but he was incredibly friendly and carried on a conversation with ease about their other locations and the community. They have salads and wraps and I got the taco wrap. It was amazing, perfectly proportionate in size, nothing was out of balance. The meat, sauces, and other ingredients meshed perfectly and wasn't messy and the wrap itself was folded professionally and properly (VERY important detail!). They have two wrap sizes, a big one and a standard one, and I got the standard one for just under $12. Perfectly fair price. I will absolutely be back to try the other wraps they have- I'm very curious about the Chinese and Italian one! read more

Food is delicious however I noticed while I was sitting down eating my food today the young woman behind the counter was wearing gloves using the register and with those same gloves would proceed to make a wrap for a customer. I actually really like this spot! The owner is super friendly I love the vibe! But I must say I've been to this location twice and I'm not too happy. I've done online ordering both times, clearly indicating NO BACON on my wrap and both times it had bacon! I feel like they just don't read considering the receipt says NO BACON. I was dropping off a package at the ups store and saw a cute new wrap place opened up next door. I was hungry so I decided to try it. They have wraps and salads. I ordered a chopped salad without meat (I am vegan)and it was incredible. SO fresh and the dressing was perfect. I was so pleasantly surprised that a casual wrap place could have such a delicious fresh salad. I returned the following week to have the beyond meat taco salad. Once again it was incredible and the salad dressing was delicious. I want to buy those salad dressings to have at home. This is a great new addition to Beverly Hills and I am so happy that they are right next door to the ups store.
