Fast customer service, mostly clean indoor seating, and fresh ingredients at this CAVA location. Debating if I should sign up for their rewards program lol. The Build Your Own is an excellent choice always. I usually get grilled chicken, hummus, half salad and half grains, olives, sauce on the side etc but never feta cheese... hard pass haha. I tried this location because I was at the Westfield Century City Mall and this was one of the food options outside on the upper levels.

Hungry people in line, here's my order if you want a fun idea: -Basmati + greens -Regular chicken (harissa is good too) -Feta dip + harissa -Avocado (extra), cucumbers and tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta, fiery broccoli -Top with Greek vinaigrette Reading reviews here I was a bit concerned I'd end up with a nightmare situation (especially considering I was there during a marathon). The opposite happened however. Despite people being rude, overbearing (hands over the food guard to point - who does this?!), and demanding, the employees took it all in stride. The line was ridiculously long, but Cava is delicious, a more "affordable" healthier meal option, and a major event was ongoing. They're awesome. I noted employees mentioned in other reviews - then noticed hey wait, the music is loud, the line is loud... Maybe this affects things too. Of course the obvious question after everything is: How was my food? It was hearty, salty, savory, with the slightest hint of heat that made today's adventure that much better. If I'm ever in the area again, I hope to revisit.

Tried Cava for the first time, and I loved the food! Fresh ingredients and great flavors. However, the service at this location was disappointing. The workers seemed annoyed, like they didn't want to be there, and I felt rushed while ordering. Based on many other reviews, bad service seems to be the pattern here. Overall, the food was great, but the customer service could use some improvement.

Worker was so rude and clearly didn't want to be there. My portion size compared to my partners was so small even when I asked if I could have a little more they put the smallest amount. For $34 I'd expect the portions to be the same.

came to cava for the first time in a minute and oh my goodness the energy in this place is amazing. You can already tell that people like working here because of the team.! Alex is a superstar! she's is the best at what she does, energy is amazing and she makes you feel like family. definitely coming back just to get a free dopamine hit !!! shes is my spirit animal.

Excellent food alternative to any fast casuals and has been on top of my go-to lists! If you like healthy Mediterranean inspired fast casuals restaurants, CAVA does not disappoint! I usually get half grain half veggie and opt in for braised lamb and all toppings. Their lamb is one of the best among fast food chains and very tender and flavorful. You cannot go wrong with any of the sauces either as all of them are delicious and not too heavy. I also found their drink selection pleasantly delicious! We like Blueberry Lavender the most, followed by Pineapple Apple Mint and Cucumber Mint Lime. Really happy to see CAVA entering more retail locations and keep the bar high for rest of the food chains.

Ambiance: it's located inside the century city mall, closes later than most other food places Service: very friendly although not the most efficient operation, you place the order and pay at the counter Food: variety of choices for pre-set items or build your own SPICY CHICKEN PITA - **** harissa honey chicken and the hot harissa vinaigrette, hummus, pickles, fire-roasted corn, crumbled feta, and pickled onions, recommend BUILD YOUR OWN BOWL - **** base of lentils and kale, drippings of TZATZIKI, RED PEPPER HUMMUS, and HARISSA, mains of BRAISED LAMB and GRILLED STEAK, toppings of FIRE-ROASTED CORN, TOMATO + ONION, PITA CRISPS, CRUMBLED FETA, and KALAMATA OLIVES, dressings of HOT HARISSA VINAIGRETTE and SKHUG, lamb and skhug sauce were particularly good, recommend for the variety Price: affordable prices and generous portions, about $15~$20 per person for a quick meal

Food here is always delicious and fresh! The workers are friendly and also very quick, inside isn't super nice overall because it's Santa Monica but it's a great place for takeout!

The falafel crunch has just two pieces of falafal !!!!!!!! And it taste heavy and unhealthy

I only got some pita chips as a snack but it was so crazy and chaotic when I came. The staff seemed overworked and there were lines for both ordering to dine in as well as people waiting for pick up orders. When I arrived, there wasn't a designated staff member handing out the items nor was there a line to pick up the items. I would have appreciated if they had a better system like a self serve if they are short staffed. I don't blame the staff for this, as they were still friendly! The restaurant itself was very clean and my chips were fresh and flavorful!

I'm not from LA but I'm obsessed with Cava, and every time I come to LA I look forward to eating Cava the most. This time was no exception and I happily found out that there is a Cava in Westfield Century City! However, my experience ended up disappointing and I think if this was my first Cava taste...I would not return to this chain ever. From the service to the food, there was room for improvement everywhere. On a Saturday at 3pm, my group got in line behind about four parties (consisting of about 10-12 people total). The line honestly did not look long at all....but we stood there for FOURTY MINUTES before we got to the counter to order. Luckily, we were not on a time crunch but I saw plenty of potential customers leave the line to go eat elsewhere. I'm honestly not sure WHY the line was moving so slow. The processes just seemed incredibly inefficient. The bottleneck was at the last station where you add your toppings and the bowls/wraps piled up there. They need to hire more employees working the counters because the man slowly scooping the toppings was also running around getting chips and doing other things. This store needs more people, each doing less things. We eventually got our bowls and I thought it wasn't as good as other Cava I've had. I know that each food component probably follows some sort of formula for preparation and seasoning, but for some reason my toppings seemed slightly watery or off. I know which Cava to avoid next time I'm in LA :(

The food is nice. The portions however are not generous as chipotle. That makes it too expensive for the empty bowel I received.

And used the Order on Line feature to place my order for pick up. I was feeling adventurous and veered from my usual Burrata Salad and ordered the Truffle Parma Burrata Sandwich (panino) and headed over for pick up. I remembered why I don't stop by as often as I'd like, the parking lot is awkward, despite the kind and attentive parking lot attendant. Squeezed into a compact spot that had an over sized truck next to me that made for maneuvering in and out of my compact vehicle a bit ridiculous. Walked in, picked up my sandwich and headed back to work to enjoy it. Now I'm in no way complaining, but this sandwich is exactly what it says it is, fresh ciabatta bread, fresh burrata cheese (yum), prosciutto, caramelized onions (perfection) and truffle cream sauce. Everything delicious but the truffle cream is pretty potent, be aware. Maybe they went a bit heavy on the Truffle Cream sauce but it was just too rich & potent for me today. (I ended up just scraping the burrata cheese off and eating that alone instead of the second half of the sandwich, and yes I'm a truffle fan). Will I be back, absolutely! Would I order this particular sandwich again, no. The Burrata House is pretty small, so just a small wall counter and bar stools inside to eat and a few tables outside to enjoy your meal.
