The garage is clean and bright and the staff is friendly, and Andrew knows his business. We had a great conversation about putting a clear PPF over a color wrap to help extend it's life. We had our Tesla Y wrapped and were ready for a refresh. Andrew and his folks took good care of us. They removed the old wrap and installed the new wrap in less than a week. We chose to have a clear PPF applied over the color wrap. They suggest that the wrap set for a couple of weeks before the clear PPF is applied, so we took her back a couple weeks later and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In total, this is the fourth time I've taken a car in for a wrap and our first with OzBraz. Our experience here was definitely a notch above any other. We highly recommend Andrew and his team. We live in Fountain Hills, so it was a bit of a drive for us, but it was WELL worth it.

From a service standpoint, when the imperfections were mentioned, the owner first didn't reply , and then when he did it was excuse driven. No accountability, no customer service. This company " and I use that term loosely " does not stand behind their work. I would not recommend them to anyone. We now have to have quite a bit redone after just picking up the vehicle.... Disappointing. Very rushed upon pickup- most likely so we didn't see how many oversights there are. Definitely not quality service.

The dealership agreed to repair them as part of the purchase, unfortunately they didn't have an upholstery service to actually perform the work so they had a trim guy do his best... and that best was the worst. They essentially tried to scrape the underlining foam and then glued the same material back over top. There was glue left all around the trim of the panel and the texture of the panel itself was an eye sore, extremely lumpy and hard looking because of the adhesive used. The work was almost embarrassing for others to see and it was really putting a damper on the excitement of our car purchase. I took the car by a couple of upholstery places to get quotes and Kenny offered the best rate plus my son was smitten on the idea of having the Mustang emblem embroidered into the panel. It took about a week from paying the deposit to get the panels back from the embroidery shop and to get our car scheduled for the work. We just picked up the car from Top Notch and the difference in quality is like night and day. Top Notch completely elevated the look of the interior. In all it cost me just under $480 for both doors to be redone, about $200-300 less than most other shops quoted me. They do charge a 3.5% card fee for payment so try to stick to cash or check if possible, but I'll be singing their praises for a while! Highly recommended!

Brought my truck in for tint all around and the sun roof. Dropped off at 8am was told they would…read morestart on it "right now" 9:30am they brought it around and washed it for some reason. Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.
