I sent some pictures in as a general guideline and they ran with it to create a design I loved. When we met to look at the final design I asked for a few tweaks and the designer was an obvious Photoshop pro as well as accomplished designer. Steve was impressive, professional, and personable. He showed me around the shop and was very willing to answer any questions I had. He explained everything completely and made sure I was going to get what I expected. My wife and I wanted to do a full color wrap for our brand new Model 3 and we found Colorbomb (right down the street from the Tesla Tempe Service Center). The whole experience with them was amazing! They got us right in, helped us pick the perfect color, did the full wrap in 3 days, and even helped us get the windows tinted (from a partner business) for a smoking package deal price! Steve made sure we were completely happy with the job, had us come in for follow up check up to make sure. The wrap looks awesome, but from 5+ feet away. As soon as you get closer you can see the lack of attention to detail throughout the wrap. Overall, Underimpressed with their work. Lack of attention to detail resulted in a less than average wrap, and customer service wasn't necessarily great either. Bubbles in some spots of the wrap where they must of let dust get under the vinyl, non straight cuts or cuts not all the way to the edges, original color of vehicle still showing in some spots. Can tell it was rushed, they even used plasti dip in two discrete spots without telling me instead of wrapping them. Some spots on the roof where they didn't even take the vinyl all the way to the edge, and areas where the edges are lifting (within 3 weeks of the wrap being done) Placed a black strip between the door of the vehicle to cover the original color, and only did this on one side, would've left with only one side complete had I not mentioned something. They removed my door handles to wrap them, and when I got the car back, one door wouldn't even open. They fixed this, but all of the door handles were still loose. They did offer to fix the door handles, and we scheduled for me to go back for them to fix them later the next week, only for me to call on the day I was supposed to go in and told they were really busy with other cars and it would take a long time and I would probably need to drop the car off again, which wouldn't work for me so I decided to cut my losses and not go. Thought the work would be good by all of the high tier cars they do work on, but I thought wrong. Would not go back here again. read more
