I do not recommend this shop for vehicle electronics installations…read more I contacted them beforehand with very specific details about my fleet vehicle and the hardwired GPS tracker I supplied. I explained the features I needed, and they assured me they could complete the installation correctly. I even offered access to the tracker app so they could test their work, but they declined. After paying a premium price for the installation, I discovered the lock/unlock functions were reversed. I called and was told to bring it back, despite the shop being over an hour away. Shortly afterward, my vehicle developed an EPC warning light and check engine light related to the installation. Their only solution was to bring it in on their schedule, which caused me to lose a scheduled reservation and more time. I ended up taking the vehicle to the dealership because I no longer trusted the shop to work on it. The dealership had to repair the issues, and I was left covering the cost. What should have been a $250 job ended up costing me around $1,000. The mistakes are frustrating, but the lack of urgency and accountability afterward was the biggest problem. I would not recommend this shop for important vehicle electronics work.

Michael and Alex just worked on my locksmith van AGAIN and the experience was on a completely different level than the average mechanic shop. They replaced my motor mounts, did all of the brakes, and had everything finished exceptionally fast. No delays. No runaround. No inflated invoice. Now here's the part that really matters. They tested and charged my AC and found a loose hose. Most shops would have told me I needed parts. Most shops would have padded the bill. They didn't. They fixed the loose hose properly and did not charge me for something that didn't need replacing. That kind of honesty is rare. And when you run a business with fleet vehicles like I do, honesty is everything. Their pricing was far below what most shops in the area would have charged, and the quality of work was top tier. Clean, efficient, and done right the first time. From this point forward, every one of my fleet vehicles and my personal vehicles are going to Innovative Automotive. They earned that loyalty. If you value speed, real integrity, and pricing that doesn't feel like a punch to the wallet, stop shopping around. Call them. Book the work. You are wasting money anywhere else. I called on a Saturday morning to get an estimate on my squeaky brakes. I just had new ones put in…read moreback in April, so idk... BB also needed an oil change. Mike answered the phone and made my 2 pm appointment. First off, you should know that this place is a HOME. Dude runs the business from his home, and I'm sure he's certified, licensed and all that, but it was pretty awkward pulling up to a neighborhood. Once I parked on the driveway, I rang the doorbell on the front door and Mike came around the garage. I explained what the issues were and he said he would call me to let me know what needed to be done if anything. I do appreciate the fact that they thoroughly assess your vehicle and call to give you an estimate before performing any work. I was desperate to get it done because B.B. is my only ride. I don't have the luxury of switching vehicles like some people do (maybe one day again.. lol). I ended up walking home since it was literally a few blocks away and they didn't have any kind of lobby or waiting area. Mike called within a half hour to tell me he didn't hear the brakes squeaking and that they were fine. I also mentioned the oil change and when he gave me the estimate, my jaw kind of dropped to the floor. He quoted me over $200 for the oil change, air filter and cabin filters changes. I'm not auto expert, but that seemed pretty damn high. I get that I drive a V8 but daaaamn!! At that point, I didn't gaf because I had to walk in the slight rain to get it back. I wanted it done so I approved it and he got to work. He and his associate completed the work in about 45 minutes so they are quite efficient! I was satisfied with the work, but I won't be returning. I know I can do the filters myself but like I said, I was just wanting it all done in one stop. Also, to note, they are moving out to I believe East Mesa I think it was. I overheard him telling another customer as he was leaving. I'm not sure if he has overhead costs but even with the military discount I asked about, I still paid $240!!! Smh. If $120 for labor is standard for having my vehicle for under an hour, then I guess there's value in what I paid?! Oh well, it is what it is and the work was done well. Lesson learned. Damsel in distress will do research and plan accordingly for my next automotive needs.

Approached them with a small job for a custom subframe, 1 weeks job tops. Gave them a two week time frame( which they agreed to and were confident in) and it took 2 months to complete. The majority of the work was rushed in one night after many visits and phone calls to pressure them to get done. Not only that, but they cant follow simple directions. Apparently when you tell them you want it painted black, what you get is a can of black spray paint. I will acknowledge my concept wasn't great looking to begin with, but after seeing initial mock ups I got my hopes up. The final product was no where near the mockup. And as for craftsmanship, I cant weld but(especially aluminum), I've seen better welds from a drunken redneck.

The garage is clean and bright and the staff is friendly, and Andrew knows his business. We had a great conversation about putting a clear PPF over a color wrap to help extend it's life. We had our Tesla Y wrapped and were ready for a refresh. Andrew and his folks took good care of us. They removed the old wrap and installed the new wrap in less than a week. We chose to have a clear PPF applied over the color wrap. They suggest that the wrap set for a couple of weeks before the clear PPF is applied, so we took her back a couple weeks later and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In total, this is the fourth time I've taken a car in for a wrap and our first with OzBraz. Our experience here was definitely a notch above any other. We highly recommend Andrew and his team. We live in Fountain Hills, so it was a bit of a drive for us, but it was WELL worth it.

WOW! Steve, Adam and the crew are AWESOME! These guys run a small business the way it should be run! Their customer service, love for cars and badass personality shines like no other! They were cool as hell and made it easy for me to re-schedule (several times) when life didnt go as planned! Ha! How cool is that when I am no one...I am just a guy looking to get some cool wrapped headlights and decals put on...half the people I called wouldnt even mess with me! Colorbomb really is the greatest example of how you should be treated as a customer regardless of what your bringing. These guys are great. I had my wrap installed by them and was able to keep in communication with the team regarding progress and details on the wrap. Super easy. I then had my wrap damaged by another driver recently and they quoted me a great price to have it fixed. I was able to sit in their waiting area while the repairs were being made and it felt like I was in and out. These guys know their stuff. Thank you Steve & team for all your help. The quality of their graphic wrap material still looks flawless after being installed several months ago. I contacted them and they had me bring it in to take care of it. They took care of the lifted PPF and haven't had a problem since. Also took the car in for a complimentary wash 2 weeks after the coating. Overall, great service, great price, and happy with the results. All for them to scratch it while cleaning and ruining my leather. Dealership quoted me $2600 before tax just for the lower section of my seat. Hyer denied that this was his staff (as most owners would) but i know this wasn't there before the detail. Ultimately ended up in him saying he has a guy who can repair it and make it look like new but that's beside the fact that this is a BRAND NEW TRUCK with 0 MILES on it. And now I'm sitting here having to worry about getting an aftermarket repair on my brand new truck. Not very happy. I've recommended my own employees to this shop too and tons of friends. Unfortunately it's looking like this is no longer a trusting option with all their recent employee changes etc. they're not what it used to be. If they make this right and replace the cusion i will update the review.

Little did I know how much damage that would cause to my brand new paint job. It seemed that every little thing would mark it up and just tarnish what was once a beautiful finish. I had heard about PPF and ceramic coatings, but they just seemed too expensive. Well, in hindsight, I made a bad call. When I traded in that car for a new one, the first thing I did was call East Valley Detail to get a ceramic coating. The result is outstanding. But even more so, they took the time to get everything perfect. I figured that a brand new car would be a quick job for them, but they were meticulous in their work. It was a real delight to see the care and pride they took in their work. These are guys who love cars and love to make them look beautiful. The pictures I'm attaching weren't taken directly after the coating. The real test for me was after my first hand wash. If a busy-lazy person like me, who hasn't hand washed a car in 20 years can make a car look this good, I think that speaks even more to the quality that they did. And you know what, it actually took me less time to wash my car that an automated paint destroyer, if you count drive time. Yes a ceramic coating is pricey, but hot damn, is it ever worth it.
