We grabbed Wrapcity on our way to drive Red Fish lake and see the scenery. It was great for just a on the go lunch! We got the chicken Cesar wrap and a bowl of the smoked chicken. Both were so good and easy to eat in the car. I did wish the bowl size was larger to fit in the food of the smoked chicken, but that's something small in the overall meal. My husband and I were heading out for our day excursion to the sawtooth mountains and the smell of bacon waft over us and suddenly breakfast sounded good to both of us. I do the intermediate fasting most mornings and my husband only has a yogurt in the mornings. Well, apparently not this morning, and hey, we are on vacation! :) Wrapcity is connected to our hotel and they were the guilty culprits of the bacon smell. We floated over there and ordered two "mayday" breakfast burritos--filled with eggs, cheese, potatoes, sour cream, salsa, and of course, bacon. Our one mistake was that we should of ordered one to share. The burrito is generous and if you're not used to eating that much in the morning, one burrito can be enough. We were staying at a hotel next door to this business. The hotel informed us that they would not be serving breakfast, but would provide us with daily coupons to this restaurant. It was so worth it and the coupons saved us a ton of money. The first day we ordered the Chicken Ranch Club wrap and the Sunny and Eggs wrap. Both were really good. The lunch wrap was so huge, we were easily able to share for lunch. The second day we ordered another Chicken Ranch Club wrap and the Turkey Club wrap. Again super tasty while eating lunch on the trail and all with fresh ingredients. The last and final day, we enjoyed two of their breakfast plates. I enjoyed the eggs/bacon/potatoes/sourdough toast while my husband enjoyed the Belgian waffle. I wish we had a Wrapcity near us but I don't know if it would be as good as this place is. Their produce tastes so fresh and we had no issues with our food being prepared properly. Overall, the kitchen staff (women making the wraps) weren't overly friendly, but the young man that helped us on the third day provided exceptional service. read more

The food is GREAT! Service, meh. Biggest issue: found two separate hairs in wrap. The hairs matched the lady preparing the food (blonde and curly). We brought the food to the people at the register who could care less what we found in our food. Really great tasting stuff but dear lord, that's not ok with me. I recently stayed a week in Ketchum at the Best Western Plus Kentwood Lodge while skiing at Sun Valley. Wrap City is adjacent to the hotel, and the hotel gives you a $5 voucher towards breakfast. I ended up having getting many my meals from Wrap City -- either eating in the restaurant, or as take out in my room. As others have written, the restaurant environment itself is nothing fancy -- just basic booths and tables, It can get crowded at peak morning breakfast time, and, they close at 4PM, so if you are looking for dinner you are out of luck. What earns this restaurant five stars from me and kept me coming back is the terrific menu and value. You can get a wide variety of wraps, bowls, and soups, including breakfast, lunch, or light dinner-like fare that includes delicious salads and cooked entrees such as Chicken Curry, City Chicken, and Chicken or Tofu Satay served on rice (see Weekly specials). I would either have breakfast in the restaurant or bring it back to my room, and at the same time I would order one of the salad's or entrees which I would put into the refrigerator for when I returned from skiing. I was impressed -- even amazed -- at how every single item was both well conceived and well prepared. For virtually any entry, you can get either a full-size or half-size portion, and in all cases I found the half-size more than satisfying. And, in either size, the prices were an unbelievable value. If your thing is a fancy restaurant this isn't it, but if what you want is a variety of good tasting nutritious food at a reasonable price then Wrap City is the place to go. Note -- once I realized I would be eating their regularly, I developed a routine of calling my order down five or so minutes before going there. They were rude but they are all in high school still so it comes with the territory. Upon entering there is a line where ppl are just stuffed in like sardines . Well I enjoyed this place and my local cousins suggested it... so it was worthwhile to check out... but the adult wraps/bowls are not as good as the kids... My daughter's grub was ridiculously awesome. My wrap was not nearly as awesome but it was still tasty. The munchkin ended up having a super kids chicken wrap. YUMMO. My chicken satay bowl was tasty, but just not as good... maybe its because of the bacon in my daughters grub. Regardless this is a busy fun friendly family place to grab a bit o grub without having to hit fast food where the grub just isn't as satisfying.
