While we waited, we noticed the clientele and the hardworking folks staffing the store. Most everyone working at the store was friendly and anxious to be of assistance. The store is jammed with a lot of goods and not a large footprint which can make navigating the store challenging with a cart and a lack of spatial awareness for yourself and others. We feasted on our sandwiches at one of the tables at the front by the coffee stand. It was delicious and fun to watch the people checking out and play old money/new money.

Since I was visiting from out of town, I had to leave the following day and wasn't able to return in person. Mistakes happen, and I understand technology can fail. My frustration is with the lack of follow up and customer service after I made the effort to resolve the issue. I hope they can improve how they handle situations like this for future customers. Walking in I was overwhelmed by all the coffee mugs, grinders, machines and other coffee paraphernalia they sale. They have a basic coffee menu but have some special flavors of the season. I went with an iced white mocha. It had really good flavor. Not too sweet but just enough flavor that the coffee also shines through. The white chocolate sauce is homemade. They also offer alternative milk for us lactose intolerant folks. The ladies were very nice since it was my first visit and did not rush me to make up my mind. Will hit them up again if o make it back to this part of Idaho.
