I started with a "simple" inspection (simple does not equal shallow) and received a detailed printout of everything necessary and recommended, along with prices for the work. Several things I could take care of myself at home, but for the big stuff I trusted them to do at a fair price. I could not be happier! The work was done timely and in comparing to other shops, at a very competitive rate. All three times it has been completed before promised. But the other place where EMP *shines* is the customer service! Chrystal and Cam (front office) are personable and friendly. They made me feel welcome right from the start. I get updates as needed, both by phone calls and emails. And tbh, it's refreshing to do business with someone who just hits all the right notes - including listening to me ramble, joking with me, and talking about cars we like. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait from the front desk attendant who was pleasant. 2. At 1pm I inquired how much longer it would be since my car was still sitting out front. The front desk attendant said another hour. At that I was offered a discount. 3. At 1:30 when my car still had not been taken back the desk attendant said I can not get your car done before 2pm. At which time she gave me my keys. 4. I was only there 2 hours however there we 2 guys before me that were there much longer. I would not use their service as the wait times are long and their communication as to delays are poor.

The whole experience was vague and painful. Here is what happened: - Order arrived three weeks late. No one was following up from PWH except the guy who I placed the order with. - FedEx delivered the wheels package to PWH location, and no one picked it up. We had to notify them to receive the package, and they did two days later. - PWH sent the wheels mounted without lug nuts!!! We had to order lug nuts from Vossen. My car literally was sitting on jack for a couple of days in the process. - Once the installation completed, I found out that the TPMs were not installed !! They completely forgot to include TPMs even though I paid for them. Now, I am trying to figure out how to get a refund from PWH. This is by far, one of the worst experience I had with anyone in the auto industry around the area. Not recommended at all !!

I told him that the car just had a full inspection with my oil change and there's was nothing wrong. However, he claimed he could fix it for 400 bucks. Upon a re inspection by a more credible place I was shown and told that the item that he said needed repairing was perfectly fine. The vehicle was brought back to seven oaks to confront him and he immediately got defensive and would not talk to me. He refuses to show me exactly where he seen leaking. Needless to say this guy is a ripoff and a disgrace to fellow veterans and the small business owners.

Keep in mind the part that was broken on my 2014 was a piece that doesn't go bad on cars for yeaaaarrrrrssss or 100k miles!! I have 20k on mine.. The whole situation was VERY sketchy especially when I was waiting, I heard a loud sound - looked over and he was under the part that was broken. Funny how that happened. He told me he could fix it right there for $250 and that any place else will charge me double. Luckily I have a 5 yr warrantee on the car bc I bought it brand new. I got it fixed at the dealership (they as well were shocked that this piece was broken). I brought it back to this auto shop to have the re inspection done. Then he tells me no because I had to come back only on tuesdays(?) for reinspecitons and he couldn't help me- even though he had no cars in the garages. And he claims he told me that which he definitely didn't. STAY AWAY

I called on a Saturday to ask for updates and the manager Herzel answered, and told me that the car was just coming out of paint and he'd send a picture of it. I was completely shocked to see the side that got hit looked completely new! If you want top quality work, from an honest professional who will absolutely accommodate you when you have worries, without a doubt come to ACI Auto Body. You can definitely tell that they care about attention to detail, and even fixed an extra dent in the rear that wasn't on the estimate after asking me about it, for a very small fee! Never going to another shop again after the wonderful experience I had here.
