I contracted with District Detail primarily for cleaning the car, but told them I'd be happy with whatever improvement could be made with the body paint. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) And I got the appointment for just a couple days following my call. Highly recommend Steven's work and their great customer service - Check them out! That impressed me, plus the fact that his write up about his years of experience and love of his work. convinced me that I should give him a try. When the owner of the service is on site all the time, you can bet that the end result will be right. So my appointment was made by text and Will's response was prompt. On the day reserved, Will and his helper arrived right on time after texting me that he was on the way. He has everything he needs in his van, including water. After a short chat as an introduction to his service, Will and his helper got to work and in less than 2 hours presented me with a "LIKE NEW CAR". That amount of time may not seem to be adequate to some people for a full detail, except that I keep my BEEMER in top condition all the time. So, rest assured that Will would spend whatever time required to satisfy his clients. I found the price for my detail to be fair and well in line and perhaps a little less than the competition. Also very important is that Will is a friendly guy and easy to talk with. The bottom line in my review is that I would highly recommend Will (Fresh and Clean) for you detail work because he is honest, fair and dedicated to his profession. It had not been cleaned for a year or more. He and the person who was helping him cleaned the car with superb detail. Everything looked new and there was absolutely no dirt left in the car. I mean every space in that car was spotless. They brought their own equipment and spent more than 3 hours cleaning a small car (GOLF GTI). I highly recommend them. They are honest, reliable and hard working. My car is spotless.
