Like many people, I did not use to know the difference between a carwash and a car detail. So, for the first two years since getting my Ford Fiesta, I washed it on my own. I only started getting interested in car detailing when a colleague arrived at work in the same car that he had always driven, but it looked surprisingly newer, like I even asked him if it was a new car. He said he had just had it detailed, so I started checking out for nearby detailing shops for my car to have the same. They are apparently a new company, but their reviews looked good, so I gave them a call though I was not sure I wanted to go for it yet, specially because they are mobile and my friend took it to a shop. I was answered very nicely, and they suggested packages that they thought would suit me. I finally decided to go for their Premium Detail, since it was my first time to have my car detailed. $220 was the amount I was quoted, and I asked for an appointment the following week. A detailer was assigned to me for a certain day so that was great. He was very nice and pleasant to talk to when he came. He was not like the technicians that I had dealt with previously who would only focus on the job and not mind their customer's presence, so that is a point for customer service. He answered my questions, and where there was none, he would explain to me what he was doing and what it was for so that I knew what the process was. The results were fantastic. The exteriors looked clean and glossy from top to bottom. Even the wheels which I had neglected for so long looked fresh. But the interiors were even better. The pet hair that had been annoying me was gone. The stains on the seat were also gone. The floor mats looked like I could sleep on them. It smelled great. Overall, it was not a bad experience for a first-timer like me. I would definitely have my car detailed again by Azure. Five out of five. read more

I am not too crazy about my car's appearance. As long as it looks clean, I'm generally okay with it. I regularly wash it, so you wouldn't really see any apparent dirt in it. But then a co-worker of mine had his car detailed, and the result was extremely impressive. I didn't even know that having your car detailed could bring it back to how it looked when it was new. I asked him who detailed his car, and that's how, the detailer from Sharp Detail, ended up in my driveway of my house the next day. I told him I had never had my car detailed before, and I didn't even know if it was necessary. He said my car looked clean, but it could still be made cleaner and look better after two hours. I didn't know what to expect so I just watched him the entire time. But I was very surprised at what had become of my car after 2 hours. The thing with washing your car regularly is that you would think it's so clean, but there was so much dirt that had accumulated which I wasn't even aware of. I also thought that my car smelled okay, but it smelled even better, not in a perfumed kind of way, but it had this fresh, summery smell. I am so glad I decided to call them up. I was looking for some car products for cleaning and air-freshening on Amazon. I was already placing an order for almost $100 when I saw those advertisements for car detailing. I looked them up and that's how I learned about car detailing. I cancelled my order and thought to myself, why don't I give this a try. I saw that Azure was the service that had the most positive reviews from customers on Yelp. Since it isn't too far from where I live, I called them up and set an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, they were already at my house and attended to me quickly unlike other service centers that have you waiting although you have an appointment. The Detailer that did the job for me, and he was friendly and good at what he does. He answered all questions that I have and even gave me tips on how to maintain my car. The result was fantastic. My car no longer has that weird smell. The dusts have all been gotten rid of too. The dirt that I thought could no longer be removed at all was gone. I am so impressed and glad I decided not to buy the cleaning products online. This is much better and more practical. read more

When you use your personal car for business purposes such as transporting items or produce your car is bound to get dirty. My car has been in such a bad state for a long time I really needed to get it fully detailed, inside out , and the best detail possible. This was after some friends actually complained that it had a pungent smell and would not ride with me any more. I looked up the web and found Azure Auto detailing, apparently they are a very recent company but they do wonders when it comes to detailing. So I called and booked an appointment with them, they would even come to my house. They quoted their price and it seemed fair enough considering it was a complete car detail in house. I was actually quite surprised at how cheap they are. When they came here the scheduled day they started immediately. It took them four hours to finish my car and the result was just superb. I mean I could not even spot one hair of dust on the inside of the car. My car looks amazing outside , like if I had just bought it, I mean even the rims are shiny. I have had these guys' card for a while now, handed over to me by a coworker who made it his part-time job to recommend different businesses to just about everyone. I forgot about the card in my address book though until last week when I was sorting through them. I called them up just to ask for a quote, but since their prices apparently were pretty standard and I sort of liked the person I spoke to on the phone, I signed a appointment the next day. They gave me one of their detailers. He was really nice and he seemed really knowledgeable. I stayed in my TV room area while they were doing the job. I was too focused on the book I was reading that I didn't realise it had already been two hours. The detailer approached me to let me know that it was already completed. I couldn't believe my eyes after it was done. It no longer looked like the Nissan Altima that I had been driving for about two years now. It looked so much better and newer. I was chuckling to myself while going to the cinema later on , thinking I should listen more to that coworker's recommendations. read more

I borrowed my dad's car last weekend and went for a very long drive with my buddies for three days. Imagine what the car must have looked like after four rowdy males, barely adults, drove it through three different states. I felt terrible on our way home, imagining how dad was going to react, especially remembering how many times he reminded me to be careful about his dear car and to make sure there wasn't a trace of dirt in it. Mark, one of the guys, suggested a detailing, and offered for everyone to chip in for it. Gladly, the premium detailing at Azure didn't cost that much. We left the car on an available parking lot for them to do the detailing ( because they are mobile and could come there) for two hours while we were out having breakfast at a diner nearby. When we came back, I swear I heard everyone sighed in relief because of the miracle before our very eyes. I returned the car to my dad as soon as we arrived. When almost all your friends keep on bragging about the same shop, it actually pushes you to check it out, although I was hesitant to the idea of mobile detailing and not a actual shop but it seemed really convenient. Apparently ACURE are the newest and freshest in town as far as car detailing goes. So I called them one evening after class and I was really impressed with their customer service set up. Really friendly. The place has a good vibe feeling. They seemed really professional. I wanted a quick detail job as my car had been involved in a minor accident and some glass shattered and also some dirt from partying around. They quickly got to work and it only took them around two hours, taking in to account all the work I thought the glass would take and then some stains on the seats. I was really happy with the fee I had to pay, not high at all taking in to account they come to your home. They did it so well it became impossible to identify the damaged part. These guys are definitely worth the hype. read more

I have been thinking about getting my car detailed in a long time now but it's only recently that I finally managed to get it done. I wanted to be careful with my choice of a detailer. So I wanted to first ask around and be sure about it. Everyone I asked all seemed to be in agreement that Azure Auto Detailing should be my detailer of choice. They all said that this detailer is very good at what they do, but they don't really charge as much as the other detailers in town. They also added that the customer service at this company is topnotch. I called them just today and they were very informative on the phone. They explained in detail what each package entails and how much it would cost and how it differed from the rest. I went to their shop finally today. My friends have been talking about this place for some time now and I just had to try them out, they keep cleaning their cars with them after weekends partying and the cars end up really dirty. So I called and booked an mobile appointment, so they come to my doorstep, they were quick to respond. The person who picked the call was so kind and friendly you can really tell that they value great customer service. They were on time when coming to my place and they had everything they needed including their own horse pipe. Most detailing services that I've used before usually show up without one or they say they have forgotten . I told them what I wanted done and they were quick to get to work. It didn't take them more than two hours to finish and the job was really well done, I mean there is really not much more they could do, it is just literally perfect. My car looked amazing. The thing about borrowing your father's car is that it gets you very nervous when you're about to return it. Well, I didn't exactly damage it or anything. But I got it really dirty after using his car with my friends the entire weekend. My friends and I chipped in and we took the car to the first detailing service we could find: Azure auto detailing. We went for their premium package which did not cost so much more than their basic one. We thought the premium one was what we needed given the wretch of a car that we had. The detailer, is a legit modern day miracle worker. He literally "healed" the car. I won't tell you what we used the car for, but it's unbelievable just how bad the car had become after what he did. My dad was of course really pleased about is newly-detailed car. He was impressed that I "went out of my way" to do that. am posting this review on behalf of my boyfriend whose car was detailed by the guys at Azure last weekend. He doesn't really like posting reviews or posting anything about his experiences so I'm doing it on his behalf. My boyfriend drives a ford truck and he picks me up in it. So I'm familiar with just how dirty it was. It was pretty disgusting and I had been bugging him to get it washed. He never had time for it until last Saturday. He went to my place Saturday afternoon and I was very impressed with how the car looked. All the dirt, the dusts, the stink, and everything that's disgusting about his car was gone. I asked him who did it and said it was aZure. So I'd like to thank aZure detailing especially the detailer that did it. You did an awesome job. This review is long overdue. I took my two cars to Azure auto detailing two months ago. My experience was superb, and I knew I needed to put in a good word about them but only remembered to do it now. The detailer that did the job for me was really great. He's the quiet, no nonsense type. He knew what he was doing, and it was clear from the start. His moves were methodical and strategic, and I liked that. He managed to make my 18-year old Toyota Corolla look at least 10 years newer. You wouldn't think it's been driven by two generations. My newer car, a Ford Focus, was even more impressive. I especially liked the fact that the job was done fast but the quality was not compromised. I found out that it is best to have your car detailed at least twice a year. And now that I am sure about Azure auto detailing, I will take my car to no one else but them now. Highly recommended! read more

I took my car to Your Detail for the first time this past week,  we agreed after a long customer service call that the package that best suited my really dirty SUV is called SIGNATURE DETAIL for 280$, which is not that high for all the top quality products and procedures they talked about this package included . When the detailer came I really thought that he seemed really professional as he had everything really well organised  and inexperienced. You could tell it was not his first detail at all . It's very interesting when someone performs beyond your expectations. These guys managed to make it look brand new. It even seemed newer than the way it was when I bought it. When I was checking the inside, I noticed that the carpets had been conditioned and vacuumed perfectly, they were completely dry and it smelled really aromatic and clean. I just bought a new car, and I have decided to give my old one to my daughter who just turned old enough to be able to drive legally. Of course, I didn't want her to think we were giving her a piece of junk, so I decided to have the car detailed then customised. We took it to Azure first, the detailer that we've been taking our cars to. We asked for them to give it their premium detailer. We explained that we were gonna give it to our daughter as a present. And we were going to have it customised somewhere else after. But they did the detailing so well. The finished product was fantastic. The seats were spotless. The interior of the car dust free and dirt free. And the exterior looked shiny and very clean. My daughter absolutely loved it upon seeing it. She knew she wasn't gonna have it customised anymore. I am not really someone that just posts a review about everything. When I do post a review, it means the service is either very bad, or it is extremely good. In this case of Azure detailing, it's definitely the latter. and let me tell you why. I was on my way to my regular detailer today, not Azure. But since I had no appointment, they would not accommodate my request. That was particularly disappointing because I had a date to go to and I was not willing to get embarrassed by a very dirty car. That is when I called Azure and asked them if they could detail my car . They were able to come out to my location on the same day which was great. The result was great. I can't believe I hadn't been a regular customer of this detailing mobile service earlier. They're so much better than my regular one. Now I already know which shop to go to for detailing. I had heard great things about Azure Detailing in the past, mostly from people who have been trying to convince me to get my car detailed. I'm quite stubborn like that, so I paid no mind. But last week, my co-worker was rather adamant about getting my car detailed. It was an eyesore in the parking lot, he joked. He gave me their card and said if I'd come back the next week with the same dirty car, he would book an appointment for me. I thought maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea really. Azure Auto Detailing did a FANTASTIC job cleaning up the interior of what was my, let's be honest, filthy car. I got the Indigo package and it was exactly what the car needed. The interior literally looks good as new (and smells great, too). The entire service experience was top shelf: easy to schedule, great communication before, during, and after, the detailers come to you (!), and the detailers were both professional and very pleasant to work with. I feel like I just bought a new car for about $160! I will definitely use Azure Auto Detailing again, and I strongly recommend this company to you for any and all of your auto detailing needs. read more
