I could Have spent all of $10 to do this myself and go thru a gas station washer. They did a good job cleaning the door jams and my tires however. Many ppl say they don't do cup holders, glove boxes and that's true. I would not recommend. Car was just dusty not dirty and I cleaned it out completely before I came.

Upon arriving Ms. Freda and the guys were so hospitable to my son and me. I was given clear instructions on what they needed removed from the car like car seats so the guys could get every nook and cranny. We waited in an air conditioned space where we could see the cars come along the conveyor belt for their wash. My son loved this part the most. We were even offered snacks and the TV remote control to comfortably wait for our car to be ready. I can't emphasize how nice it was to have good customer service at a car wash. Every time one of the employees came through the waiting area, my son and I were greeted with a smile. When the car was finished, we were given clear instructions on how to exit and what to do next. The wash was great. They got out stains that my kids made. Lol. The outside hand wax was good too. I'll definitely come back again.

I contracted with District Detail primarily for cleaning the car, but told them I'd be happy with whatever improvement could be made with the body paint. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) "I just want to convey again that I am highly disappointed with the services rendered from your company.  There were several aspects of the service that did not meet my satisfaction, however I maintained my composer until I received a call today indicating that there is an additional $25 charge for the type of vehicle.  Please note the previous email sent to me which does not outline that charge.  Please also note that should my credit card be charged the $25 fee, that it will be disputed. To provide feedback for the job itself, I'm also attaching a few pictures of my vehicle that depict the quality of the work that was done.  I only took a few pictures but there were also other issues that were pointed out when the techs were here, i.e. dirt streaks left on the vehicle, dirty door jams, debris under rear car seat, polish residue left behind, no gloss on tires.  This is the worse detail job I've ever had and will not be repeating the business or recommending to anyone I know.  Please don't misconstrue the fact that I didn't spend the entire evening constantly pointing out what wasn't up to parr (there were too many) or even the fact that I gave a tip (in hindsight I shouldn't have). Quit frankly, I was perturbed and just wanted to be done with it so that I could enjoy the rest of the Sunday with my family."
