They refused to thoroughly clean her car and then had an attitude when confronted. The man got in her face and looked like he was going to assault her. She should have called the police on those thugs like I told her to. If you want your vehicle detailed by professionals then take it somewhere else because them disrespectful hoodlums don't know what they are doing.

Now, I don't know whether this was a typo on the cashier's part or on purpose, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Folks, please take a look at your receipt after paying, which I typically don't do, but I plan on doing going forward with this establishment. Now, whether it was a mistake or again on purpose, they've lost my trust when it comes to making sure my charge is proper & correct.

I contracted with District Detail primarily for cleaning the car, but told them I'd be happy with whatever improvement could be made with the body paint. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) And I got the appointment for just a couple days following my call. Highly recommend Steven's work and their great customer service - Check them out! (And don't be put off by the fact that the business kinda looks like a chop shop from the street, LOL!)

"I just want to convey again that I am highly disappointed with the services rendered from your company.  There were several aspects of the service that did not meet my satisfaction, however I maintained my composer until I received a call today indicating that there is an additional $25 charge for the type of vehicle.  Please note the previous email sent to me which does not outline that charge.  Please also note that should my credit card be charged the $25 fee, that it will be disputed. I took it to my local mechanic and they cleaned the cowel under the windshield and snaked the sunroof. While it slowed the leak, it'd still leak after a rainstorm, even with mild rains. Someone told me about Seatco and I took it there for an estimate and left it for couple of days. They took out some other areas which cleared the leaks! We had a major storm couple of days ago and NO leaks! So if you have any water leaks or issues inside your car I would definitely recommend Seatco!
