They really do a terrible job and they're unprofessional. I started going to them back in 2011 when I had a Jeep. I moved to New York and after coming back 11 years later, I started going to them again. I went once and it wasn't great but I let it slide. The next time I went, it was even worse (pic included) so I had to say something. I asked for a manager who they didn't want to get at first so I asked for a refund. The manager approved the woman at the payment desk to give me a refund but never offered to re-do my car. Anywho, a few weeks later, I was in a bind and said let me try this again but I'll speak to them beforehand so we're all clear. I arrived and the manager came out to say they cannot clean my car since I wasn't happy the last time they did it. Instead of trying to make it right and doing a good job, they said they don't allow people to come back who aren't pleased. I watched in disbelief as my vehicle shot forward on its own, workers scrambling to stop it, until it slammed into a brick wall. This wasn't a minor mistake -- this was a dangerous, out‑of‑control incident that could have seriously injured me, my husband, or anyone standing nearby. We were terrified watching our car move unpredictably while employees tried and failed to catch it. What made the situation even worse was the owner's behavior. Instead of professionalism, concern, or accountability, we were met with rudeness, attitude, and zero responsibility. In a moment where we were shaken and trying to understand how our brand‑new car ended up smashed into a wall, the owner chose to be dismissive and disrespectful. There are cameras clearly showing the workers trying to stop my car as it moved on its own, yet the way the situation was handled afterward was unacceptable. No apology. No urgency. No care. I agreed and 3 days later, I pick up my car. It looked like new with the roof's paint matching the body of the car. I contracted with District Detail primarily for cleaning the car, but told them I'd be happy with whatever improvement could be made with the body paint. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) And I got the appointment for just a couple days following my call. Highly recommend Steven's work and their great customer service - Check them out!
