Starting with their dilapidated website, which contains no helpful information. Despite offering to book online, the website is non functional. Instead I call a phone number on the website. I get a "hello". Maybe if I was a business I would answer the phone more professionally. Did I reach a car detailing service or a pizza place or just some random dude. The lack of professionalism continues. Once we get past the initial awkwardness, they offer a same day appointment. I am asked to text the details (phone number, email address, car info) to the phone number. Basically, I've got to do all of their paperwork for them. They don't respond to the text. I don't know if I've been confirmed for the appointment or not. They eventually confirm the appointment after I prompt them I contact them. They estimate 2 hours, so I bring my whole family on two cars and drive 30 minutes. Their location is in a mall parking lot. Not super professional either. Now that I've arrived, they tell me that it will take longer than expected and they can't do it until Monday. It has already disrupted my afternoon. Despite my frustration with wasting an hour with nothing to show, I ask them to send me a quote. They never did Seems like a shady business that makes false promises. Won't put anything into writing. Buyer beware!

I have been going here…read morefor inexpensive gas for a while, and while the lines are long, someone who makes not much money like myself really appreciates the extra dollar or two you save every time you fill up here. However, over the past week I have had a series of issues, alongside extremely poor customer service. I purchased a car wash alongside my gas a few days ago. It was late at night (~10:30pm). It was $8.50. The receipt in the machine did not print, so I could not get my code to use the wash. So, I parked my car, went up to the kiosk, and there was no one there. Waited, I kid you not, like 3 minutes for the guy to come to the front (there was a buzzer, I made sure to hit it when I needed service.). Finally, he printed the receipt for me. With the code on it! But my troubles were in fact far from over. I pulled up to the wash, started entering my code, and the machine said "OUT OF SERVICE, CONTACT MANAGER" on display. Darn. You'd think the guy printing my receipt would tell me that, but things slip peoples minds constantly, so whatever. So I go back to the kiosk. This time I don't have to wait for the guy. He is actually walking out the back. I stop him, tell him that the wash didn't work, and he said something about it missing a part. Okay. I asked for a refund. He said no. What? It's late. I don't have time for this. He told me the code was good for 2 weeks, and I could come back at any point. Okay. Fine. This place isn't far. I'll live. Fast forward a few days and I stop to get my long awaited car wash. Lo and behold, The wash is cheap and bad. It did not use any soap. There are still water marks and pollen stains all over my vehicle! It was no better than just letting my car sit in the rain. Well, crap. So I assume that there's an issue with their car wash, and that I didn't get duped because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. So, on my way home, I gave them a call. The guy on the other end says there's nothing he can do. No refund, no credit toward another wash, doesn't even want to look at the car and see if something genuinely went wrong. Hangs up on me. How foolish of me! I expected soap, in my car wash. I might still buy gas here. But if I find a place that offers similar prices and has even mediocre customer service, I will start going there in a heartbeat.

    I wish I could give them a 0 or -5 Review!…read more 1-Star Review I had an absolutely awful experience with We Care Autowash and want to warn others to stay far away. They ruined the inside panel of my car during a wash and then tried to claim it was already damaged when I dropped it off. That was not the case. If it had been damaged beforehand, shouldn't they have pointed it out or made a note of it before taking the car? They initially acted like they were going to make it right by giving me their insurance company's information. I called the insurance and filed a claim, only to find out the owner told the insurance company that the car was damaged when I arrived. The insurance then asked me to provide pictures of the car before the damage. Why would I have pictures of something that wasn't damaged? It was clear at that point that We Care Autowash had no intention of taking responsibility from the start. Their behavior was dishonest and completely unprofessional. It's one thing for accidents to happen. It's another to lie to your customer and to your insurance company to avoid accountability. We Care Autowash has shown me that they do not care about their customers, their integrity, or doing the right thing. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with damage and zero accountability afterward.
