    Went to this location this afternoon hoping to have a clean car after a week of rain. I get it that they are busy but today's service was awful They did not shine my tires, my rims were so dirty, did not dry my doors, and my trunk was not vacuumed even though I asked for it. Please do better

    Paid $44 to get my car clean and the inside still had dust. The windows had streaks. The workers just threw my floor mats to get washed. Don't waste your money. I should've just done it myself at this point.

    Prices for detailing. The mini detail has increased.

    It's ok as far as car washes go but the prices have really increased. Before you could get a mini detail for like $40. Now it's double that. If I really needed to get my car vacuumed and washed out, I would go here, but 90% of the time the car wash at Express Stop gas station works just as good and A LOT cheaper. The employees must have unionized or something because the prices are just too high for weekly, or even regularly visits.

    Interior vacuuming? I don't remember these crumbs from before I arrived but they were definitely there when I left.

    Wow. Coming here was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Now that I am looking at the reviews, I feel embarrassed I did it without checking Yelp first. I came in with a relatively clean car and left with a half-assed cleaning job and permanent damage to my vehicle. After driving the distance to go to the Flagship in Vienna for the past year, I decided to try a car wash closer to home and read about this place on Facebook. I saw they were also acquired by Flagship (although they haven't changed the name) and thought it might be worth a try. Horrible mistake. The pictures really speak for themselves, but here a few unacceptable issues I found following my visit: (1) When I first pulled up and got out the car, they ripped the floor mats out and tossed them around like a frisbee when going down the assembly line. A couple of them dropped on the floor but no one seemed to care. If you have harder all weather mats, enjoy the new dents in them! (2) There are drip stains all over the car. Very noticeable, no one cared to wipe the vehicle down. These were even on the windshield - I had to run my wipers first thing when I left. (3) As if tossing the floor mats was not enough, they never dried them. You get in the car and think "well that seems like an oversight, but I guess I can use a towel to wipe it down at home." Well... once you do that you notice that they never dried under them either. Which means the permanent carpeting in the car is all wet, and there nothing you can do to fix it. Hope you like mold! (4) I don't know what they tried to clean my dash with, but it's clear someone pulled something like a brush over it, tore the fabric, then quickly realized their mistake and stopped working on it to prevent further damage. I can tell this because there was a trail leading to the tear that I had to wipe down. But as you can see from the photo, the tear is permanent. (5) I got the interior vacuum and the platinum package or whatever to clean the interior. Nothing was properly vacuumed down. There's some weird crumbs everywhere now when I don't even allow food in the car. And I paid extra to clean the trunk. You tell me if you would be happy leaving with the trunk in the photos. Did I mention that the cleaning I got was their top one, plus I added all the extras? $70 and this is what I leave with. Man am I moron. Please laugh at my stupidity, but also learn from my mistake and avoid this location at all costs. Not only will you protect your car, you will also enjoy the pleasure of keeping your sanity.

    I paid for the most expensive wash ($44 flagship service) and my car was not clean as I expected especially for that price. "Flash ships mission is committed to providing our customers with the best-in class car wash services and customer experience .." (see photo) and this is not what I received. My car was still dirty in numerous places, my mats were completely wet, my cup holders were not cleaned, my backseat mats were not vacuumed. Overall very disappointed with my experience and the fact that the staff rushed so much to clean my car. I would not recommend getting a car wash here.

    Wow they've raised their prices. Yes it could be inflation related. Yet they also have some competition, and I will be taking a look at a group moving in the area. First off thank you to the employees. They handle a lot of cars every day, and for the most part meet expectations of cleaning the interior. Car detailing is available at a higher cost. Please tip them if you can. It can get ludicrous busy. This county has a lot of people, who are all about appearances. Not a negative or positive, but rather this is how it is. You could be in line for a considerable amount of time. I like the folks here, and on a weekday is the ideal time to go.

They ruined the inside panel of my car during a wash and then tried to claim it was already damaged when I dropped it off. That was not the case. If it had been damaged beforehand, shouldn't they have pointed it out or made a note of it before taking the car? They initially acted like they were going to make it right by giving me their insurance company's information. I called the insurance and filed a claim, only to find out the owner told the insurance company that the car was damaged when I arrived. The insurance then asked me to provide pictures of the car before the damage. Why would I have pictures of something that wasn't damaged? It was clear at that point that We Care Autowash had no intention of taking responsibility from the start. Their behavior was dishonest and completely unprofessional. It's one thing for accidents to happen. It's another to lie to your customer and to your insurance company to avoid accountability. We Care Autowash has shown me that they do not care about their customers, their integrity, or doing the right thing. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with damage and zero accountability afterward.

    Heard about this auto detailing company through a neighbor who was satisfied with their service…read more Made an appointment for the next day, they showed up on time, and did an absolutely fantastic job on the car. My vehicle is a midsized SUV primarily used for kid transportation to and from school, sports events, and road trips. First Appointment - After 5 minutes past my morning appointment time I texted back the phone number that I had received confirmation texts on. 15 minutes later I get a text back saying that they're not open and were unsure how I was able to book the appointment for that date/time. I get it -- systems have bugs. I gave them a pass since they have a good rating on Yelp and Google so I rescheduled for two days later. Second Appointment - I received the same appointment confirmation and automated reminder texts. After 5 minutes past my afternoon appointment I texted. This time I received an excuse that they were mobile and sometimes get stuck in traffic. That did not explain why I didn't get a message about running late until well after my scheduled appointment. Third Appointment? - Never. I suggest others to stay away due to this businesses lack of: basic communication, professionalism to keep appointments, and regard for customer's time.
