Went to Roy's as usual (we're loyal because they are quick, friendly and effective) and went through the tunnel. When I pulled up the lane where they wipe it down and clean the inside, I saw Manager, Elvis and asked him if there was any way to get the thick black grease our of the mats and carpet. He took and look and simply said, "I've got you, I think I can get this out." Just a few minutes later, he had it clean! Wow! THIS is why we go back with two cars in our household - excellence! I saw an earlier post that said they were expensive but worth it. I think that they are competitively priced and have to say that they are next level! Thanks Elvis! See you soon! Tim L.

Although I normally hand wash my car, I simply didn't have time to and my car was FILTHY on the exterior, needed something quick on the way home from the airport. Brought my car here as it was the last place open. Guy wiped down my car and sprayed it before I went in, and by the time I was out, my car was squeaky clean. I mean, no scratches in the paint, no signs of damage at all, and my car looked as shiny as the day I bought it. Watched the sky reflect off my car like chrome the entire drive home, awesome. I don't know what they put in their wash but damn it's good, and I'm sure they keep their brushes clean too. To be fair, a couple of small spots missed, no problem. Considering my car quite literally had caked on pollen and dirt, I'd say it was a wonderful wash especially at its price.

I sucked it up in there and in a matter of seconds, it was gone!! I thought that it was a loss, but decided to mention it anyway. The young man who helped me dry my car was still an ear shot away, so I asked him if there was anyway of retrieving it. His name is Mark, and he was very friendly and helpful. He let me know that they were closing soon, and fortunately for me it has just been cleaned out. He said they couldn't do anything until the end of the night but would check at that point. He looped in the manager/owner, who allowed me to give my number to the young man. Would you believe it?! An hour later, he called and told me that he had it. It would be in the office and that I could come grab it at my leisure. I did the next day, and thanked both of them repeatedly. I could've easily replaced the air pod, but the level of extraordinary customer service I received is unmatched. I was a retail store manager for most of my career, and understand how often complaints flow but how little acts of kindness and a job well done are applauded and mentioned. This is why I'm a member at this car wash and why I will continue to patronize this establishment. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this car wash. I drove in with a…read moreperfectly fine vehicle, my passenger-side mirror was completely intact with no damage or issues at all. After going through the wash, I pulled out and discovered that the entire passenger-side mirror cap and the base of the mirror had been completely ripped off. I immediately reported the damage and they said they would review their cameras. After reviewing the footage, they admitted they could see the car wash equipment pull the mirror cover off during the wash. However, they claimed they had "no proof" that the mirror wasn't already broken before I entered. This makes absolutely no sense, especially since the footage clearly shows my mirror intact and not broken when I first drove into the car wash. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely horrible. When I asked to speak with someone above the manager, they gave me a phone number and told me to call the next day. I waited an entire day for a callback from a representative who ultimately couldn't help me at all. Then about two hours later, the general manager, Mike, called and told me there was nothing they could do and nothing they were willing to do to make the situation right. For context, the vehicle I drive is a Tesla. I contacted Tesla service for an estimate to repair the damage, and the cost was close to $1,100 to fix the mirror assembly that was damaged in their wash. Despite this, the company did not offer to help with the repair, provide any compensation, offer discounted washes, or make any effort whatsoever to resolve the situation. This car wash is also extremely aggressive and rough. Every time I've gone through it, the equipment bends my front license plate cover and I have to bend it back afterward. When i shared that had also happened with Mike, he said to get a stronger cover, mind you, I did have a cover but it was ripped off the first time I went through the wash. Shame on me for continuing to go through, thinking nothing worse would happen to another part of my car. Unfortunately, this time it did. Instead of taking responsibility, they handed me an incident report stating they did nothing wrong, claimed they were not liable, and told me to file a claim with my own insurance company. Be aware that if you go through this car wash and their equipment damages your vehicle, they will not take responsibility for it. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this car wash and all other Canton Car Wash locations!

I decided to get the Super wash service, which is their premium service. The wash itself was quick and did a solid job overall, especially when you consider it's an automated setup. In fact, this is the best automated washing I've experienced. What really stands out is the added value of the complimentary towels that are available. Also, the vacuums are free to use, which is a huge plus, and the hoses are on either side of the car so you get two long vacuum hoses to use. Being able to touch up the car afterward without being made to pay an extra cost makes a big difference. One big problem that I have is the limited number of vacuums available. And did I mention that they are FREE to use? Not just for paying customers, but also for non-paying customers. I can bet that half the people using those vacuums did not get a car wash. So after my first car wash I was disappointed that I couldn't vacuum my interior because all the vacuum spots were taken. I recommend getting there early before the vultures come in to vacuum their cars for free and hog up the spaces. All in all I still recommend it if you're looking for a fast, no-hassle wash with some nice perks. Just get there EARLY!
