When I picked up my car, it was still dirty and looked like it had barely been cleaned. There was dust and dirt left inside and the exterior didn't look properly washed or detailed at all. It honestly felt like they rushed through the job or skipped steps completely. If you're charging for a premium "Ultimate" package, the car should come back spotless and properly detailed, but that definitely wasn't the case here. I expected professional work and attention to detail, but unfortunately the result didn't reflect that. I wouldn't recommend paying for the Ultimate Service if this is the level of quality you receive.

On my most recent visit, I paid extra for an interior and engine spiff up, but the interior was clearly not properly cleaned - surfaces were not properly wiped down and it appeared to have only been vacuumed. I also specifically asked that the inside of the hood be wiped due to salt buildup from recent snow and was told it would be taken care of. When I got home and opened the hood to check, the secondary hood safety latch was broken. This had never been an issue before and raises concern about potential damage while the vehicle was being handled. I reached out to Kian (owner/manager?) twice to ask whether they had any issues opening the hood, hoping to understand what happened and address a vehicle damage issue. Both messages were read, yet I never received a response. Mistakes happen, but when there is a possibility of expensive damage to a customer's vehicle - especially from a loyal, long-term customer - the lack of any response is highly disappointing and unprofessional. The machine left my car incompletely washed and dried, and to top it off, the manager informed me that vacuums are a separate $4 charge. In all my years using tunnel washes, I have never once encountered a pay-to-vacuum policy. Every other car wash, regardless of location or price, includes vacuums as part of the basic experience. The problems didn't stop there. There were no towels or paper towels available -- just a bare-bones setup clearly designed to cut costs while maximizing charges. The service technicians were inattentive and unhelpful, and the lane attendant directing me into the tunnel provided zero guidance, resulting in me curbing my wheel on the way in. This place charges a premium and delivers well below average. Poor value, poor service, poor execution. I won't be returning and would strongly caution others before spending their money here.

Starting with their dilapidated website, which contains no helpful information. Despite offering to book online, the website is non functional. Instead I call a phone number on the website. I get a "hello". Maybe if I was a business I would answer the phone more professionally. Did I reach a car detailing service or a pizza place or just some random dude. The lack of professionalism continues. Once we get past the initial awkwardness, they offer a same day appointment. I am asked to text the details (phone number, email address, car info) to the phone number. Basically, I've got to do all of their paperwork for them. They don't respond to the text. I don't know if I've been confirmed for the appointment or not. They eventually confirm the appointment after I prompt them I contact them. They estimate 2 hours, so I bring my whole family on two cars and drive 30 minutes. Their location is in a mall parking lot. Not super professional either. Now that I've arrived, they tell me that it will take longer than expected and they can't do it until Monday. It has already disrupted my afternoon. Despite my frustration with wasting an hour with nothing to show, I ask them to send me a quote. They never did Seems like a shady business that makes false promises. Won't put anything into writing.
