April 17, 2026…read more (BATE/SWITCH OF PARTS & FAULY REPLACEMENT OF PARTS ON MY VEHICLE) I contacted Beuks Auto Group regarding loud clunking noises in my 2021 Nissan Rogue. I was informed the motor mounts were "shot" and was quoted over $2,000 for repairs. I then contacted Nissan, who quoted approximately $1,800 for the same repair. I informed Beuks Auto Group of this, and they agreed to price match. I specifically asked if OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts would be used, and I was told yes. April 20, 2026 I delivered the vehicle to Beuks Auto Group for motor mount replacement repairs. The driver-side motor mount was replaced as part of this service. April 21, 2026 Repairs were completed and I paid by credit card. I was told the motor mounts had been replaced. The original clunking noise appeared to be resolved immediately after pickup. Shortly after this repair, the driver-side motor mount that was replaced began failing again and was later confirmed by Nissan to be defective and required replacement. April 22, 2026 I returned to Beuks Auto Group after noticing a new scraping noise coming from underneath the vehicle. A technician accompanied me on a test drive and confirmed hearing the noise. I was told they were unsure of the cause and that a major front-end inspection/disassembly would be required. I was instructed to bring the vehicle back the following week. Based on this uncertainty, I chose not to return to Beuks Auto Group and instead took the vehicle to Nissan for inspection. Nissan Inspection Findings Nissan informed me that: The driver-side motor/transmission mount appeared faulty/leaking and had already failed again after the recent repair The splash shield/skid plate was not properly reinstalled and is damaged The installed parts were not OEM Nissan parts

Honestly, I am extremely disappointed in this shop. I have been coming here for around 2 years with…read moremy E36 M3, and they have been incredibly inconsistent. I had them replace my master cylinder and slave cylinder for brakes, and they not only did not do it correctly the first time, but also made me feel wrong when I found the master was leaking. It was not until the shop owner got involved that it was fixed. I additionally had my spark plugs to go in to be changed when they did a smoke test a while back, and their technician advised I keep the current ones in the car and assured me they were good. The day after, I inspected them to find they were burnt through the iode and the 6th plug was hand loose. Additionally, the shop manager assured me that there were no codes (in the process of chasing a misfire), and again, I went and bought my own scanner for BMWs specifically and found several codes relating to the misfire. In my most recent exchange, my idler pulley broke after an alternator repair after about 100-ish miles, and when I asked them, they didn't see the faulty part as the idle pulley needs to be removed to replace the alternator. Angel (the shop manager) said that part didn't need to be removed to fix the alternator. A blatant lie. All of this work makes me question why they charge manufacturer labor, not the actual time it takes to replace parts (which I would understand if they had corrected the first time around). In addition to this, I confronted the shop manager about why they had moved my own purchased parts from the floor of the vehicle, and he said to keep them safe. He moved the brake pads to the seat and left a camshaft position sensor on the floor, which sounds like looking through my parts for reasons he didn't care to explain. Instead, he said he was done with me and my issues regarding the shop and its integrity in their work. I really wanted to love this shop, but after being inconsistent, charging for time that isn't necessary for work for an incomplete job, while being dishonest and making it look like I was the problem, after paying thousands for work sucks as a repeated and long-time customer. I unfortunately would not recommend.

Just not a good experience. I do not know much (really not anything at all) about car stereo…read moresystems. I came in explaining I need help in what to do with a classic car I just purchased in which I had professionally installed all new gauges and even an entirely new dashboard. It was a fresh start as I had a brand new opening in a brand new dash for just begging for a brand new radio to be installed. The same for all the speakers which I had all removed so there were open places, again, just waiting for new ones to be installed. Again, I came in at ground zero wanting a fresh start asking for advice on what I need, a recommendation for all new components that meets my listening needs and a quote. I got only the quote. The pricing was extremely high and I had no understanding of why each component was recommended, therefore what value it had. Nothing was written out and I could only keep up with and remember half of what was spinning through my brain. I am sure the employees are very good at what they do, but unless you already know all the nomenclature, slang and have extensive knowledge of stereo systems, you will probably leave saying "let me think about it" and never return . . . as I did. What a shame as I do truly believe this company has the knowledge and experience.
