The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable. They have handled several repairs for us over the years, and the quality of their work has always been outstanding. I especially appreciate that they are straightforward about what needs to be repaired and communicate clearly throughout the process. One of the biggest reasons I continue coming back is their reliability. When they give me an estimated completion time, the device is always ready when promised, and the repairs are done properly. It is difficult to find a business that provides this level of consistent service, and they have definitely earned my trust over the years. I highly recommend iPhone Hut to anyone looking for reliable and professional iPhone or iPad repairs in Fremont. Excellent service every time. Thank you Raj & Sok & all staff!

My daughter had her screen replaced by Phone Hut a few weeks ago. They initially bad mouthed the…read morestore that had replaced her screen prior which was unprofessional. When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.

ACCESSORY PURCHASED…read more I know my cell phone is outdated, but I don't want to buy a new phone unless I HAVE too. The last time I bought a new phone was the battery from the old phone was worn out and that resulted glare in the pictures I took. The phone I have right now is currently functioning well as there are no glares when I take pictures. The screen protector on my phone was peeling away. I had a plastic screen protector that served its purpose but needed replacement I called this place to see if there's a screen protector for my phone. Jay said yes. I drove to Cellat during my lunch break from work. He showed me the screen protector he carried. That screen protector was the last one he had. I was fortunate to buy remaining screen protector. What was different about the screen protector I purchased was the material was tempered glass. The screen protector I bought made the phone I have look like a new phone.

One of the worst I've ever experienced. I can't believe that Apple actually contracts them to work with their customers. The tech has no sense of customer service. He was very rude in the way that he greeted me, spoke to me and helped me. He had a bit of an attitude from the very start and it gave me the impression that he did not want to either work with me or he was frustrated and stressed out. I tried to overlook it, however by the time I was about to hand over my phone. I just couldn't give my money to a business who treats their customers in the manner of which I was treated. I really needed my phone battery to be changed as I am traveling tomorrow morning. However, given the treatment that I did, I much rather sacrifice and wait until I get back from my trip. I'm big on customer service and believe that when you treat your customer as well they return and make referrals. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming to the shop Apple authorized or not. I plan to give Apple a phone call and share my experience with them as well. And by the way, this wasn't my first encounter at the shop. I remember going there years ago to get my son's iPad fixed and after today, I was reminded why I left and took my business elsewhere. I was trying to give them another chance, but they ruined it for me altogether.
