He said they could clean it and suggested polishing the sleeves. A week later he was able to save my poor coat. Lesson learned, this jacket will be a safe distance from said person. Im so happy to get Cordelia back. The shop has a ton of wonderful selection of fur and fur trimmed items. I ended up buying a 20/80 cashmere wool blend cape with fur from Nicholas. They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great.
