I went in to sell my tiny wedding band from my ex. It was sitting in my drawer for 4 years and I had completely forgot about it. Super tiny with like 1/10 k of diamonds. I was expecting to get $15 and he gave me more than double! I'm so happy I didn't go to a check cashing place to pawn it. When I walked in Ryan, maybe the owner, greeted me with a smile. He was more than happy to help me and spend time explaining things even though they were closing. I told him why I was there and he immediately gave me a mini Poland Spring bottle of cold water. Immediately I was impressed. That type of hospitality is HUGE​ in my book! He weighed it while talking to me and told me how much it was worth. Of course I took the $$$. The ring was garbage to me. While he was helping me I couldn't help but notice the GORGEOUS items they had for sale. Wow, just stunning.....and the prices were right! I urge you to check this place out. I can almost guarantee you'll be impressed. Support small local businesses vs big companies who mostly care about their bottom line instead of making customers happy. For reasons I…read morecan't understand, I used to go all the way to FastFix kiosk in Garden State Plaza to get my watch batteries replaced... until today I thought about looking up a local vendor closer to where I live, and voila! found this jeweler in downtown Cliffside Park. First thing I noticed was just how polished and utterly spacious this shop was - something you just won't know passing by in a car. And I also noticed they carried a lot of high end products all set very nicely in their shop. A gentleman greeted me, quickly gave me a price to replace the watch, took it off me and went upstairs to work it. Took a bit less than 10 min and I was done. I asked earlier for polishing but for that he said I would have to leave it there and I wasn't planning on it at this time. If I had known such a shop was right under my nose, I should've gotten my wedding bands done here instead of in the mall. I would always support local and small businesses over chains and national retailers! I heartily recommend everyone getting fashionable jewelries high-end or even more casual, watches, polishing/repairs to go to D'Amore Jewelers. I definitely will be stopping by again to set my more expensive watch and get my rings polished here in the future.

I had the same bracelet repaired in this place for the same reason for less than twenty five dollars. The salesperson gave me a sad story on reasons why....don't go there for repairs they'll hit you on it! Too bad on them , I don't recommend this place. There are other spots to go.
