Place is beyond sterile and not one piercing I chose has hurt for days like your typical piercing gun at "Claire's". It's reverse piercing where flat bottomed backing doesn't poke your skin as you sleep or hand hold your phone. You basically buy the tops to replace once inserted as opposed to traditional you remove backing and change your earring with this long post stabbing you in your head. They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible.
