    The perfect bowl!
    Kimberly K.

A food truck at the domain, in a tiny food truck park (4 trucks) located near ample parking. (There actually a few other food trucks very nearby, in front of iPic, ie Wagyu Yume and Beirut.) Delicious! I designed my own bowl, it was exactly what I wanted. I loved how they sliced the radish so small, the rice was on par, the fish was super fresh. The mango was ripe but firm. The passion fruit mayo was an extra tasty variation. Really liked the crispy elements like garlic and quinoa, was a nice texture in the poke. The presentation was nice, beautifully arranged and I mixed it up when I got home. Order and pay directly on the customer facing kiosk. Easy to create a bowl on it. I kinda wish they had the chopped up spicy tuna option but maybe they do and I missed it or maybe most people want dices of the spicy tuna vs the minced mushier version that I love. Pretty quick, no line, friendly service, some non poke options like wings and stuff. I'll be back and I'll get the exact same bowl, again, for sure.

I've only been to Wow Poke once before at their original location in East Austin, so I was stoked to hear they opened up a Domain location! I visited on a Friday just before 1pm for lunch and placed my order at the window to go. There was only 1 employee and it took about 15-20 mins. to get our food after ordering and paying, so don't go during a lunch rush if you're limited on time. Great service, delicious poke bowls, and generous portions! Overall, I very much enjoy Wow Poke and hope this location stays, as it's much more convenient for me. Would love to keep this in my weekly poke rotation! QUICK FACTS: - Parking? Yes, in and around the Domain. There is a lot right next to the food trucks area that is the closest. - Order ahead? Yes, you can place your order online for pick up or delivery (if available). My go-to is the build your own bowl. You can choose 2-3 proteins, 6 toppings (some cost extra and anymore over 6+ cost extra), 2 sauces, and 2 crunch add-ins. If you don't want to do all the thinking, though, they do offer some signature bowls on the menu as well as appetizers and other entree options (including "hot" or fully cooked bowls).

Amazing! Placed a takeout order and it was ready in under 10 minutes. Price is so reasonable ($14) and lasted me two meals. It's a very packed bowl! Salmon tasted very fresh and the sauces are delish. Even though it's a food truck, I highly recommend!

This is some of the best food I've had and will 100% recommend to anyone that is in this area. I came up to the trailer 15 minutes before close and the employees didn't seem rushed and were very happy to help! IF YOURE CHOOSING BETWEEN OPTIONS AND THIS IS ONE.... PICK THIS!

Best Poke in Austin! Great price and variety of sauce. I've never had Poke from a food truck so wasn't sure what to expect, but I was blown away. The serrano mayo and passion fruit mayo complimented each other so well. The salmon and tuna were fresh. Loved the option to add crunchy quinoa! Will definitely be back.

Best poke bowl I've had ever. They don't skimp on the protein. The hot salmon bowl was life changing. Will return.

From the original Sushirrito in San Francisco, to Foodland's poke fare in the islands of Hawaii - I've been there and done all the things. So I'd like to think I know what good poke tastes like: fish tasty enough to eat on its own, sauce that complements rather than overpowers, and just the right amount and flavor of toppings to bring a unique twist to each bowl. One can get a little nerdy about raw fish and I hope to submit my master's thesis one day. Customization is an integral part of the poke experience, and who am I to tell you what to order. Some people don't even put any sauce on their raw fish - and like pope Francis said "who am I to judge that person?" But I simply could not, in good conscience, leave without suggesting this absolute banger, slap my knee, mmh mmh mmmmh, finger lickin good, ask the host for the recipe, delicious poke burrito. It's seriously the best poke item I have eaten in I can't even remember how long. I got 1 lb of…read moreahi tuna for $19 and 1 lb of salmon for $23, which felt like a much better deal than most poke spots charging $15+ for a bowl with just a few bites of fish. If you actually want a solid portion of poke, this is a great option. What I liked: The salmon was very fresh - I ordered The OG salmon poke, and it was flavorful and well-marinated. The fish had a nice, smooth texture and absorbed the soy sauce and sesame oil well. No weird aftertaste or fishiness--just fresh, clean flavors. Portions are generous - A full pound of fish made for a very satisfying meal, which isn't always the case with poke. If you don't want rice or fillers, ordering by weight is the way to go. What I didn't love: Ahi tuna wasn't as fresh - It started off tasting fine, but as I kept eating, I noticed a slight fishy taste, especially in the middle portion. Not terrible, but not the best either. Next time, I'd skip the tuna and just get salmon if that cannot be improved. Seasoning is strong and a bit oily for me. The marinade is on the heavier side, with a lot of soy sauce and sesame oil. It's flavorful, but personally, I prefer a lighter touch so the fish itself can stand out more. If you're used to milder poke, this might be a bit much. I was just looking for a simple, no-frills poke spot, and this is a solid choice. The salmon was great, the value was good, and the flavors were bold. Not sure about service since I chose delivery.
