The guys were all welcoming and friendly and even offered to bring my order to my car for me. I went for the lunch special, 2 Greek dogs (coney's with mustard and onion) and a drink. The hot dogs had a little snap (which I love!) and the coney sauce was appropriately spicy with a tiny kick of heat. The buns seemed steamed, which was also great, in my opinion. I also ordered a side of fried mushrooms- wow! The small size was definitely enough for two! But man! Probably the best fried mushrooms I've ever had. The batter was light and fluffy and also nicely crispy. Perfect! So happy I found this little Greek diamond. And that, folks, is all she wrote.

I cannot thank them enough!! I had placed an online order through DoorDash for 28 people to be picked up on a Monday morning. I paid for my order and was given a pick-up window of 11:35-11:45 AM. On my way to pick up the order on Monday morning...at 11 AM...DoorDash sent me a text cancelling my order...stating the restaurant was unable to fulfill the order. I immediately called the restaurant and showed up around 11:20 (which was to be for the 11:35 pick-up). The restaurant had never even received the order to make the decision whether or not the restaurant was able to fulfill it!! SHANE and NINA at the Erie location WERE AMAZING!!! They led their team and fulfilled my complete order in 30 minutes--AND helped me carry it to my car!! They truly saved my day...and lunch for 28 people who were waiting!!! If I could give them 10 stars on a 5-star scale, I would!! Thank you all!!

There was 1 Other patron there. Waited about 4 minutes until 'Nina' came out and took drink order--glass of wine and iced tea. Both arrived in time, but had to return my wine glass as it was not clean. We ordered 2 different salads--1 the salmon, the other southern fried chicken salad. The salmon was overcooked but edible apparently. Both were good sized salads. Wanting another glass of wine, waited for Nina to appear--she was mostly in the back the whole time we were there doing....? The place seems to a brisk take-away business and maybe that's what Nina was working on....

Plus, you get a LOT of food for an extremely reasonable price. I used to get wraps a lot, and I am the kind of person that is a "meat and cheese only" sandwich eater. When I got turkey, bacon and Swiss, that wrap was CRAMMED with meat and cheese...so much that I usually had trouble finishing the whole thing for lunch. Today, I got a 6" pot roast sandwich and it was fantastic. The roll was so fresh and soft, and the roast was cooked perfectly. Of course, eating a sandwich that was almost the same width as its length was really tough to do but I couldn't put it down! Now I am overstuffed and will have to nap this afternoon, but that's OK. You can honestly eat here every day and not get tired of the combinations, or break the bank. Lunch is usually around $5 or $6, depending if you want to add chips or a drink. And they do offer some sammy suggestions and a daily special for soup and sammy, but you can mostly make your own. Want 6 cheeses? Toss all of 'em in there! Want it on a croissant? Can do! You can feel pressured to order, just because their service is so fast you don't have a lot of time in line but the people that work there are so nice, they don't care if you take a little extra time.

Much of it tasted and looked like low-quality cafeteria food -- canned corn, dry salads, and subpar pasta. Nothing we tried stood out in a positive way. That said, our waitress was very kind, attentive, and responsive, which we appreciated. The atmosphere itself was fine -- busy for a Saturday night, with multiple managers present -- and we had about a 20-minute wait to be seated. Because of that wait and the overall presentation of the restaurant, we expected a much better dining experience. Ultimately, the service and atmosphere couldn't make up for the disappointing food.
