Quite lovely inside, with loads of seating and plenty of space to work alone or gather with others. Additional seating outdoors with tables out front. Two baristas working efficiently but without personality to speak of. My husband's espresso was, "ok." My oat milk sugar free hazelnut latte was far too sweet, had far too much milk, and was far too hot. I had to wait an unreasonably long time to "enjoy" it and that was after pouring it back and forth between two cups to cool it down. Quite a jumbled mish mash of "artsy" items for sale.

First time here. Beautifully decorated place. Food & drinks were good too. Downstairs was busy but upstairs was empty on a Saturday early afternoon.

Such a cute find in PA! Sweet ladies working at the shop with great local goods. Both the chai latte and regular latte did the job. The tuna on lettuce salad was fresh and well-made and the Chicken Waldorf Salad Sandwich was delicious and hit the spot! Loved sitting outside and watching the locals

Warm, quaint, and classy coffee shop.

Eeeek! I just love a wonderfully cozy coffee shop. We were traveling through the area for business,…read moreand I'm always one to scope out the best coffee in the area. I'm happy to say Collage was just that! They hit the ball out of the park! My husband consistently gets an oat milk mocha at every coffee shop, and this had his stamp of approval. I got the seasonal sugar cookie latte (according to the kind barista it is a mix of butter extract and birthday cake syrups, yum!) it was just a touch sweet for me, but I am not someone who would typically go for the sweeter drink on the menu. But today I needed a sweet pick me up. Either way, it was delicious! You can taste the flavor of the latte while the coffee flavor still shines through- just the perfect balance! They have a variety of drink options including kombucha, coffee, and tea. A little bummed I wasn't in the area longer to head back for a booch, as the flavor options sounded delicious. They also had a small variety of baked goods and some different panini options- definitely seems like their food options are best on Saturdays when their brunch menu is in full effect. Inside the space is both spacious and cozy! Decorated a bit for the holidays, and places to sit and yap- love that for the locals. Single room bathrooms that were also spacious and clean. Overall, a wonderful stop with kind and helpful staff, clean spacious and cozy amenities, and top notch coffee!

The girls were happy without complaint, they had pancakes and stuffed French toast, but it was too much for their tiny stomachs and needed boxes. Overall, the flow from seated to exit has some delay which is possibly due to the attention of the staff to their guests. Maybe it's the lack of motivation? I don't know. FYI: The more tables you quickly change; the more money you make. So, if they master the table exchange so people aren't literally left in the cold outside waiting to be seated, I'd go back, but if not, I can make breakfast at home.

They also currently have a seasonal latte flight which is unique and comes in various flavors. Some of them were a little too sweet for my taste, but it was cool to try the different flavors at smaller portions. All the food I tried was also delicious and came in bigger portions than I expected. The shop had a decent crowd at 1PM on a Saturday, and there was a local event going on throughout Main St at the same time. The service was a little off at first, but the server seemed to catch after I ordered my coffee. I thought it was interesting that the server said she can take my drink order, bring it out and then I can order my meal. Maybe it's due a short staff, but this seems to add to more time to the overall dining experience.

The area was really quiet and didn't have many people out and about, but it was also the last weekend of October and this area seems like it would be bustling during summertime since it's on the lake. We each ordered a different wrap (my husband got the chicken/bacon/ranch and I got the salmon blt) and we were incredibly surprised by the quality of food. They were great portion sizes, cooked to order/incredibly fresh, and had large chunks of protein vs deli cut style meats we had kinda thought they might be. The fries were SO crispy and seasoned nicely. The staff working that day were super friendly and came to check on us often to make sure we had plenty of water and napkins. The tables are already well-stocked with condiments, so we never needed to ask for anything, which was great. I also ordered a witches brew wine slushy and it was such a treat. They had 3 Halloween inspired flavors to choose from, but the neon green was calling my name. The inside is pet friendly and has a bulk-bin dog treat station to get your pups some treats, as well as a dog menu for them to have a snack while you eat. They sell dog toys, collars, leashes, and other merch inside, too. Outside is a big patio/dog park area for the dogs to play. Such an adorable spot- I would love to come back with both of our dogs during the summer to experience the peak season.

We weren't sure since it says pet cafe as well. We had the blackened salmon wrap and fish sandwich. They were both enjoyable, and both orders came with fries. I tried their lavender milk tea boba (not spiked) pricey for $8 if you opt to spike it it's $12. I thought the milk tea was odd, it had some minty flavor to it like Vicks! :/ They also have cocktails, wines and beers and even slushies.

Christmas is in two days and we are finally done! This outlet shopping center is small, but had a store and something for everyone on our gift-giving list! The hardest part was not shopping for myself with some of the amazing deals! Lululemon had amazing holiday deals. The coffee shop is located next to the food court by the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory store. Service was quick and the barista was friendly. The interior is nicely decorated and appeared clean. There are bar height seats facing out the front windows that are perfect for people watching. Haha. They have a few options for a snack like pepperoni rolls and pasties. Just ask. Next time we are in the area, we will stop here again for coffee or a seasonal latte. My little guy loves their chocolate milk options and sweet treats. Nice break when shopping to keep dry and warm indoors. We had stopped in last summer also, so it was great for getting an ice coffee and water when it was hot outside.
