She took our credit card and many minutes later gave us only an itemized slip, not the customer and merchant copies to sign. My overall rating is still a positive 4 stars because the foods overall tasted very good. Our starter was the Bread Basket, which contained three types of bread--cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, and focaccia with dipping oil. My main course was Pistachio Glazed Salmon, which had moist salmon, a delicious pistachio-lime-cilantro glaze, and a side of coconut rice. I chose coleslaw as my side, and it was OK. My husband's main course was the Surf & Turf, which had a 6-ounce filet mignon cooked as requested, a jumbo lump crab cake that was very meaty, and mashed potatoes.
