ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! One of my favorite lunch places. Wonderful service, wonderful employees. Price is medium-high. Still a favorite for a healthy, filling lunch/dinner. read more

According to the staff every protein is marinated - no exceptions. Clearly this business is not interested in serving those of us afflicted with food allergies and sensitive stomachs. How difficult would it be to offer plain chicken or salmon in a wrap or salad? Downgrading to 1* read more

Foods and customer service was amazing, food came out quick , employees were nice. The new drink was really good as well.

The poke wrap is bomb.com. Was in for a conference and wanted to try something a little different. Glad I checked it out! read more

I was there today with my family and we are very satisfied with the food but the best thing its the service what Juan Carlos provided to us offering many options and recommendations, please congratulate him and keep people like him ever!!!! We hardly recommend this place!!! read more

We had a great experience at World Wrapps. The food is so fresh and delicious and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend the Spicy Tuna bowl or the Argentina Chimichurri steak bowl. They've definitely earned repeat customers. We hope they open another location in Walnut Creek soon! read more

First timer here. Their menu offers rice bowls (+$1) and a variety of wraps using flatbread, nori (seaweed) & rice paper. I ordered spicy tuna nori wrap and house made pineapple mint Agua Fresca at the counter. Food was brought by server within 5 minutes. The nori was fresh and perfectly balanced with the spicy tuna, rice, lettuce. cucumber & bean sprouts were on the lighter side. The agua fresca was refreshing on a summer day. Not too sweet.. a perfect and satisfying lunch 4 stars. Will come back to try bulgogi beef and Argentina chimichurri read more

The menu is beautiful and appealing the food is so so if you like flavors. While ingredients were fresh the food itself tasted really flat. I was disappointed and would not go again but if your friends forced you to go get the Mexican bowl - much better than the curry bowl. Also the bowl portions are much bigger than wraps. read more

Ordered the Hawaiian poke, got it as a sushi burrito. It was great, light but filling. Exactly what I was looking for on that day. The only problem was that it was difficult to eat, kept falling apart. I wasn't sure if it was because of the brown rice or something. Next time, I'll order the bowl but it was still amazing read more

World wraps is seriously one of my favorite places to grab a quick delicious meal. They food is tasty and pretty healthy as far as quick service/ fast food goes. I also super appreciate the great service at this location. Seriously top notch! Anytime I notice any issue with my order whether it was an online ordering issue or maybe just not enough of an ingredient in my meal, they always happily fix it! I've never once felt like it seemed to be a bother. For other fast food experiences, most of the time employees just don't seem happy to help at all. The manager.. I wish I knew his name but he's always so welcoming and happy to help. Aside from management, all the employees have always been so nice and helpful and it's so appreciated. Seriously great service and the perfect spot to grab a delicious quick meal! I'll definitely be back! read more

Twas past 2pm & my sister Cora & I were very hungry. We noticed World Wrapps with a lot of diners at The Lot at the time, so we stepped inside to order. A certain Marianne Messina welcomed us & helped us with our orders by asking a few basic questions. We ordered Thai Chicken wrap with organic tea & Thai Milk tea with boba!! Amazingly, in 5 mins, these were ready & wow, so so yummy & healthy!! I will definitely go back to bring my husband there next time & try their other specialties like the Barcelona paella. Thanks for the great experience, Marianne!! read more

We had a wonderful lunch at World Wrapps. We had the Argentina Chimichurri with steak and salmon wrap, and it was delicious. We also tried the Thai Chicken bowl, which was also delicious. It came with sushi rice, cucumber, slaw, sesame seeds, peanut sauce and other fresh ingredients. The portions are large and we found the prices to be very reasonable. I took half of the wrap home for another meal. The service was excellent and everyone who worked there was very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend World Wrapps for delicious wraps and bowls, made with fresh, healthy ingredients. We will definitely go back to try more of their entrees. read more

I come here on a pretty regular basis for lunch and love their Hawaii Poke Bowl. Fish and vegetables are always fresh and the portion size is great. They have a large selection of options to choose from, and the ambiance is perfect for a casual and enjoyable meal. Staff is also very attentive and always friendly. I havent had a negative experience yet, and it will continue to be a go-to lunch spot for me. read more

While tasty, your paella wrap is extremely messy to eat and very wet. Maybe think of a way to improve upon that. A wrap should not require a roll of towels to eat LOL read more

Great place to go for healthy and tasty food! The food is fresh and the service is quick.

This place is delicious. I got the island teriyaki wrap without the pepper mix and added pickled onions. I wish I had asked for extra broccoli and tofu as I was sharing with my daughter but overall I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to going back. They make it really easy to order for vegans/vegetarians. They list which options you can have rather clearly. read more

I finally tried this spot! Yum. Great customer service. They were on it with everything. I went during lunch time and wasn't so busy of a wait. Parking was easy as well. I got the chicken tikka masala wrap and it was good. The only thing is that the wrap was not consistently evened out as in one side had a enough of chicken and the other side didn't any. Their drinks all look so good and refreshing that I had to get one. It was all packaged and refrigerated in front ready to go. Will definitely come here again and try something else. read more

I stopped in to pick up lunch and I had seen that this place has a ton of different options with fish. So I ordered the furikake salmon bowl to go. The girl at the counter told me 7 minutes so I went out and walked down to pick up the mobile order I had placed for coffee. When I got back my meal was ready. It looked so good! The quality of the food is very fresh and, honestly, this was one of the tastiest bowls I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be coming back to check out different items on the menu. I forgot this place also has boba so next time I'll be picking that up too. The staff was warm and friendly. Great new place to check out in San Ramon! read more

The chicken ceasar wrap is everything I've eaten here is really healthy and good! Highly recommend it!

All rice and no meat on the Thai chicken wrap. Cost cutting measure is low class. Food preparer needs more training.

I've tried the tikka chicken wrap, Thai chicken wrap, and the salmon furikake wrap. My favorites are the tikka and Thai on the super green flatbread because the flavors are fireee. However, the wraps get really soggy/watery to the point it's just really messy to eat. I also think for the price there could be a lot more protein (my wraps had very small chunks of chicken but the salmon had a good amount). Overall, would go to try their other stuff and the bowls! read more

Food & service were excellent and our meals were prepared and provided to us promptly. Best Bowls in the Bay Area with awesome service! They are always so quick and welcoming. I recommend the chimichurri bowl!

Amazing service and good quality food. Owner and staff and kind and welcoming, will be going again.

I ordered a burrito the first and only time I went, and I think that was my big mistake lol. I was expecting Mexican flavors but instead got some kind of Korean bulgogi tasting meat in a tortilla with rice, beans and guacamole. It just didn't taste right. Wish they would have told me the steak in my burrito was going to be Korean flavored. I wasn't feeling the fusion flavors in this case. Also, generally speaking, why does this restaurant have NO side dishes available? Can I get a side of fries or a bag of chips or a side salad or a side of chips and salsa - anything at all? Seems like a strange oversight on their part. read more

I come here everyday and order the same dish and these people don't even have the decency to get the dish right. Every single time something is messed up. Either it's an old avocado, it's missing garnishing or missing sauce. For the loyalty I am not even asking them for anything free, just get the damn dish right from crying out loud! read more

Service is great. Food is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, other times you're searching for the EXTRA meat that you paid for, only to find TRACES of meat that was perhaps once there. What's left are only dry pieces that seem like they've been scraped from the bottom of the pan. For an almost $20 quesadilla (including supposedly extra protein & tip), this is unacceptable. It doesn't help to complain because I've tried that before, and still the same happens. I wish the food quality was more reliable. I'm done taking my chances here. read more

I am a frequently visit to world wrapp location is San Ramon. I usually enjoy my experience eating or take- out. Today was a different experience. The manager who is usually was appreciate and nice was not customer service friendly. I decide to take my meal home this time. I asked if I can have straw while I wait for him to prepare my take- out order as I just bought one of their drinks. The manager order me to sit down and wait for my order and then he would give me a straw. A lot of anger which was just over a straw he asked one of his employees to give me one. Then he told me I am welcome to make the meal myself. Not sure why asking for a straw again was a problem. During that time his staff was all eating their dinner at the register, while taking orders. At the time there was only two customers in the restaurant. Which made me question are they on break or working. When I went home and ate the Hawaiian poke bowl was even more disappointing. The poke that was in the bowl didn't seem fresh and seemed more like from a can. After taking a bite I lost all taste for it because it was extremely mushy. I was concerned eating any more of the meal because if poke is not fresh you can get really sick. read more

First time and won't be my last time. Store was clean when I walked in and I was greeted as soon as I came through the door. I told the cashier it was my first time and I was thinking about the bulgogi, she recommended the surf and turf version with shrimp and she was right, it was so delicious. The manager Taylor came over during our transaction and she introduced herself and was super friendly! Since I work in the plaza, I now have a new lunch spot. 10/10 World Wraps knocked it out of the park in food and service! read more

We eat here probably once a week but recently tried their catering for a birthday party and would highly recommend!! The price is very competitive, we didn't have to buy plates and silverware as the wraps are super convenient to grab and go, and the service was impeccable! I placed the order online because it was after hours and I still received a phone call confirmation (which was great bc the order was for the following day and I hate to order a large order with such short notice). They were even able to accommodate a few day of requests. The staff has always been so pleasant. I have two little ones and the cashier and gentleman who I think is the manger, are always so kind and engage with them. I'm so grateful to have healthy options that don't break the bank and are just a quick (if not quicker) than McDonalds drive through. We will continue to frequent (especially with the amazing gift card deal going on now!). read more

Really hate leaving bad reviews, but a hidden "living wage fee" is just comical. Especially when your place is located in Bishop Ranch...

The food was fast, fresh, and amazing, and Diego was super kind! Thank you all so much!

I love their Tikka Masala Tofu bowl and the wrap! The masala is super flavorful and tastes authentic and all the veggies are well done! I am a big fan of the place and even tho the wrap is tastier, the bowl has larger portion sizes and is way easier to eat! I wish they would have more vegetarian options though! read more

Great meal! Everything was very fresh with quick service. Elvis was very personable and inviting. Will definitely come back.

Ordered a kids chicken kids burrito but I hit a bowl instead. Not a bug issue, the issue was the chicken pieces were served dry. Good thing they gave me the bowl. I couldn't return because I only get 30 minutes for lunch. The food preparer should have been mindful. Wasted money. read more
