While everything on the menu sounded really good, I wondered whether World Wrapps would be able to successfully execute the wrap concept across so many diverse cuisines. The menu offers an abundance of Latin and Asian-inspired wraps and bowls, and "wraps" is interpreted as anything from flatbread to nori. I ultimately decided to order the Bulgogi Nori wrap and Vietnamese Shrimp wrap (I'll have to try the Latin-inspired wraps next time). I placed my order to-go, and my food was ready in less than 10 minutes. While waiting for my order, I observed that the restaurant was clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant was quiet on the Sunday afternoon of my visit, but I imagine it gets crowded on weekdays around lunchtime. Starting with the Bulgogi Nori wrap, I'd rate the flavor 5/5. The wrap was stuffed with tender and flavorful meat, crisp and colorful vegetables, and perfectly seasoned sushi rice. If I were to order this again, however, I would definitely choose the bowl over the wrap. Upon removing the wrapping paper, my nori roll completely disintegrated. The Vietnamese Shrimp wrap was refreshing and lighter than the Bulgogi. The rice paper wrapping did not hold up either, but I learned my lesson and kept this one inside the paper wrapping while eating. Overall, I enjoyed the flavors and am looking forward to trying some of the other varieties on my next visit, such as the Thai Chicken or Tikka. read more

Great varied menu! Just the right portion in price for kids meals but plenty for adults. Very much appreciate how clean the restaurant is. Everything we have had is incredibly flavorful and consistently good quality. Tonight we were hoped by Cesar, who was able to explain some new items on the menu and treated us very kindly. We go every couple of weeks, but will now probably put it in the weekly rotation because it's clean food and satisfying at a fair price point. Glad to have clean casual food near home. read more

Great food, amazing service and atmosphere is amazing as well! The salmon options are fire! You can try something different every-time and it's still so good! Great for lunch breaks and they have tons of healthy options. The drink options are amazing the Ube Horchata does not miss! read more

Today we tried World Wraps at the City Center in San Ramon, looking for a healthier alternative to Chipotle--wanting more vegetables and less salt in our diet. We ordered a Thai Bowl with Steak & Shrimp, with Peanut sauce on the side. Both the steak and shrimp were cooked fresh, and we equally enjoyed the fresh julienne cut purple cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers. The bowl proportions and quantity of vegetables were more suitable for our diet and certainly less salt. The parings of all the ingredients were colorful, appealing, and looked like a restaurant plating. Moreover, we liked the option of ordering directly at the counter. Our server Tyson was really personable, and that made a huge difference. He took the time to walk us through our experience, concerns, and suggested options, and he even took the time to check in on use to ensure we enjoyed our meals. World Wraps has a cool vibe and very clean setting, and even the music was pleasing. We enjoyed the meals so much that we ordered a Steak Gaucho Quesadilla--to go--for our son. Great experience, great service by Tyson, and the prices were under $15 for each of our orders. Really nice. David & Ellen read more

Never been here before and when I'm in town, I'll be coming back! We tried the chicken adobo and vegan wrap and wow super flavorful!

I love coming to world wraps for their poke bowls. It's such a filling and easy lunch. The dtaff are really friendly and they have both inside and outside dining. I went in yesterday after the lunch rush and ordered the surf n turf instead of my typical spicy tuna bowl. I like the bulgogi beef and shrimp a lot. It was a bit salty and I wish there was more variety in texture but other than that it was a pretty solid meal! read more

World of Wrapps never disappoints. I ordered the Argentinean Chimichurri Bowl with Beyond Meat and the Beyond Bulgogi Wrap--our go-to favorites every time we visit. Both were packed with flavor and super fresh. I tried the Brava Potatoes for the first time and they were surprisingly tasty--crispy on the outside and seasoned just right. To top it off, the Pineapple Aqua Fresca was absolutely out of this world--refreshing, sweet, and the perfect complement to the meal. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for delicious, fresh, and flavorful food with great plant-based options! read more

African American female here who walked into this establishment for the first time today. There were 3 guys and 1 girl working. As I stood there they all continued to chit chat and giggle until the girl half way looks over her shoulder as if I was interrupting their convo and glanced towards the kiosk to indicate that's where I had to order. She did say let us know if you had questions while looking towards the machine. No prob. As I wait for my wrap, 2 Caucasian ladies walk in. The girl heads to the machine behind the counter with a smile and the biggest, "Hi, how can I help you?" AND proceeded to take their order. When she finished, she went back to handling her plastic lids and stickers and I had to ask for my wrap that was sitting on the counter right next to what she was working on. When I asked her about the difference in the interactions she giggled and said, "oh we're not allowed to use our registers...." Me: but you just did. Her: "oh well they are rewards members". No mention of any reward was ever discussed as I was sitting right there. Anyhoo probably won't be back. The topper was the stale tortilla chips and the $4.52 price tag for a 12oz can of Olipop! Do better!! read more

I've lived in San Ramon for almost 2 years and it was my first time trying this place. I looked at the reviews about their friendly customer service and fresh ingredients and wow, I'm impressed. It's true. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Diego who handed me my online order and also surprised me with an ube rice krispy treat. First off, shout out to Cesar!! This was my very first time coming to World Wrapps and Cesar made it an effort to come over to me, greet me and asked if he could tell me about their menu. He talked me through everything and made the suggestion that I try the Argentina Chimichurri- side note, I had been looking the the menu prior trying to decide what I wanted and originally was going for the Adobo Burrito Steak and Shrimp as a Quesadilla, however I went along with Cesar's Suggestion. He assisted me with the ordering Kiosk, I added the fries and an iced tea. The food didn't take long at all to come out. I probably was o my seated 5-7mins. The Chimichurri as a wrap was delicious. I truly enjoyed it. The sweetness from the Chimichurri balanced well with the pickled onions. The chicken had a smoky flavor and the outside wrap was nice and soft, more of a thin flour tortilla texture It was a 10/10. The fries were wedges and I chose a garlic spice seasoning. They were good, and the iced tea was just iced tea, thankfully not bitter from sitting with teabags too long. Overall, I'd recommend this place for a great lunch and for their great customer service. The inside has a few booths and tables available as well as tables outside for you to sit. I'll for sure be back! read more

Thank you Cesar! So happy I stopped here for dinner tonight. Work brought me to Bishop Ranch for the first time. After much discussion at work, a coworker told me I had to try World Wrapps. I had a crazy deja vu moment since I remember as a child going to World Wrapps in Albany/Berkeley maybe 25+ years ago. So happy they are at Bishop Ranch. Cesar helped me through the menu and I'm so happy with my choices. Even though there were so many delicious sounding options, I opted for an order of papas bravas and adobo burrito with steak. I will never not order papas bravas whenever they are on the menu and the burrito came highly recommended by my coworker. Ummm...hello?!? Everything was delicious. Even after a 45 min drive home, the food was so so so good. Everything came out hot and quickly. So flavorful and fresh. Portions are large and you bet I'm going to go back when I'm working here again. Ask for Cesar when you are here- he won't steer you wrong. Excellent customer service. read more
