Service was ok. They try to push the kiosk, but I like to have human interaction especially because of my seafood allergy. I asked the order taker what he recommended (informed him of my allergy) and he suggested the Thai wrap. After allowing a few customers to go before us..another employee asked if he could assist us. I told him I was considering the Thai wrap and again mentioned I had a seafood allergy. He advised me that it had fish sauce. I was quite surprised to hear that since it wasn't listed and the other kid had no idea. I have a severe seafood allergy...and this could have been an ordeal. Anyhow, I got a Mediterranean salad...and it was exceptionally small! I couldn't believe the price i paid for what I received. The lid wasn't on the salad well and it made a bit of a mess. The steak wrap was ok. The fries were cold and disgusting. They tasted greasy, even though they are air fried...such a waste of money! $40 later and we were not excited about our purchase...and this was our first visit to world wrapps. read more

Of all the times I've been to Town Center, I'd never tried World Wraps because I always seem to go to Blue Barn and I wasn't really sure what they had here and seating is only really outside. But my daughter likes this place so I tried it for the first time. She gets avocado wraps which kind of looks like a big avocado sushi roll. She has gluten sensitivity and this World Wrapps clearly has gluten free and either vegan or vegetarian marked on their menus. I wasn't in the mood for anything with rice so I decided to get the chicken fajita quesadillas. They were nice and filling and flavorful. A little short on the avocado but still very tasty. Besides the chicken, cheese and avocado, they also had red bell peppers, onions and a bit of mushrooms. I also got a side of chimichurri sauce which was also very tasty. Yes! Amazing! As a lifelong vegetarian being able to customize yummy ingredients is a dream come true. I love the Tikka Masala Wrap with Tofu and every time I tweak it its better than the last one. We were fortunate to stop by this wonderful spot while having a few days away from the grind. We met a super friendly manager named Francisco who helped us figure out our order on the touch-screens. He kindly informed us about the GF options and helped us pick out some refreshing beverages: Jasmine Tea with Boba and a Strawberry Lemonade. It was awesome to have such a delicious gluten-free meal: the Furikake Salmon Bowl! The ingredients were extremely fresh, the food was well-portioned, and the taste...the TASTE (per my wife) was incredible!!! I opted for the Adobo Burrito wrapped in house flatbread. It was delicious but I think I'll wander outside my comfort zone next time. ;) We were planning on taking our food to-go but Francisco's stellar hospitality and the wonderful atmosphere led to us enjoying our meal right outside in the front. (This worked out quite well because we had our four-legged critter with us.) During our meal, we also witnessed a giant bunny hopping about which brought joy to us and everyone else outside. 5 star experience all around! I only wish that this place was in Monterey Bay where we could visit it on the regular. Owner: If you are reading, please consider Marina (or anywhere in Monterey) for a location as you expand! This was delicious! How did I just find out about this place?! I ordered the Furikake Salmon wrap while my boyfriend ordered the Spicy Tuna wrap. It was so filling, I recommend trying it if you're in the area. The rice was a little bit overcooked but with the taste of the fresh vegetables and the salmon, it was something I could ignore. I was in the area and decided to grab a quick bite before heading back to the city and this place caught my eye. I got a Hawaiian poke wrap and an ube drink I was impressed! It was so good and the tuna was so fresh!! The nori wrap was a bit hard for me to bite but I think that's a me thing.
