I have wanted a pair of Klipsch speakers ever since I first heard my brother in law's Klipschorns, which are arguably the Rolls Royce's of the speaker world. Unfortunately for me they also come with a Rolls level price tag! That's when I learned about some of the other models Klipsch offers that are more in my price range and also happen to fit my space a little better, as the Klipschorns are huge. The Klipsch Reference Bookshelf Speaker line fit more of my budget and size limitation and still gave me a great sound. Music Go Round, located in Castleton, is an independently owned franchise. Its independent ownership gives it a mom-and-pop feel, where the patron feels truly appreciated. The store carries a wide array of new and (mostly) used musical equipment. While the business is very guitar-dominated, the customer can find basses, keyboards, drums, banjos, and ukuleles - and all the accompanying equipment. If you're looking for that gently used Gibson Les Paul, Music Go Round will sell it to you at a better price than Guitar Center will. The selling process at Music Go Round is simple, straightforward, and honest. In my case, I sold a very nice banjo I no longer played, as well as an inexpensive electric guitar. The store owner diligently checked the banjo's specific model (which was not a simple task), looked at its selling pice on Reverb, and made me a fair offer. I was given another fair offer on the guitar. Once the deal was complete, off I went with a check and lots of memories of my banjo pickin' days. Well, John at battery experts did exactly that it took him less than five minutes. He was very friendly. He was very professional and it only cost me 10 bucks. Absolutely worth it and oh did I forget to say that I walked in at five minutes after two in the afternoon on a Tuesday and according to the sign on the side of the door, they close at 2 o'clock on Tuesday. so he took care of me even though I walked in late and was just oh so nice. I cannot recommend this company.

I knew them to be of excellent quality and this coat is several decades old but was truly beautiful. This took this coat to be cleaned, conditioned, appraised, and embroidery added. I arrived on a Saturday morning and was granted entry immediately (you need to ring a bell and wait for the green light). I soon met the owner, John, who said he remembered the coat and was happy to see and service it. I also brought in a few other items for cleaning/maintenance/alterations. Everything was ready quickly and I got prompt updates/calls on the status. The only minor negative is that when I went to pick up the coat it had the wrong name embroidered. It was quickly corrected so it was not a big deal at all. Great experience and I will continue to be a customer (summer storage and any other maintenance).

I use the storage service which you do have to pay for each calendar year. The owner John is very attentive to customers and helps you understand pricing. One of the best spots to check for a fun addition to your wardrobe is the discount rack in the back right. Elan Furs is conveniently located near other errands you may need to run in Keystone/Castleton shopping areas. A couple of times, Elan Furs hasn't been able to find my coat in storage and promised follow-up phone calls about the situation that didn't occur. It seems that the front desk staff has decent turnover which contributed to mislabeling of my fur's location. All is well eventually, but this is an area of improvement for their team, especially if you need your fur on a moment's notice.

There were so many colors of beads to choose from but the charm selection could have used a restock. We had a nice time enjoying the atmosphere and chatting. We all loved our finished bracelets and paid roughly $75 for 3 bracelets. Part of the proceeds of each bracelet went to a charitable organization from a a few options provided that we were each able to choose which organization. Over all it was a great experience and I cant wait to visit with my daughter.

I went in to assess if switching made sense financially. I sat with Stephen, who just came from my current carrier. He looked at my current plan with said carrier, and I asked him 'How much would it cost us if we switched to Verizon?'. He said that if we signed up 5 lines our total out of pocket cost would be roughly $500, my monthly rate would stay the same and we'd all get Apple Music for free. Awesome! Say no more! So we decided to make the switch, came back with the fam and ended up paying about $100 more than he said (not a deal breaker). We got our first bill fairly soon after and not only was it $270 more than the cost of the forecasted monthly plan, we found out that our plan did not actually include free Apple Music. I talked to the manager and he said he'd try to make it right b/c 'there's a reason we have 4.9 stars' He did some 'creative' book work to make it look like we returned items that had not been returned and gave me a credit of a little over $100 in the store. He said he would continue to work on making us whole, but he'd have to wait on the sales for the rest of the month to see what kind of 'money he'd have to play with'. Two days later, they stopped answering calls. I went to the store to find that they went under renovation and I never heard from them again. I went to another Verizon store in the interim to find answers and they just shook their heads telling me that my first mistake was doing business with this location because they weren't an authorized Verizon retailer and that I wasn't the first person that had had issues with this store. Unfortunately, there wasn't much they could do. We decided to cut our losses and leave it alone. Two months later, we got a bill from our now past carrier that we owe $800 for the phones that were apparently still being paid off! I went back to the Verizon, which was now open, and I talked to Stephen. I told him what's going on and he said he'd talk to his manager and call me later that day. He called a few hours later to let me know that there is nothing they could about the $800 bill and that it isn't their responsibility to inform me of such things, and they wanted to make it 'abundantly clear' that if I thought about switching, I would then owe Verizon 'thousands of dollars'. All I have to tell you is BUYER BEWARE. These guys are much more interested in making a sale than helping customers make informed decisions that are best for them. Save your money, time and sanity by going to a 'verified' Verizon store (like on Greyhound Pass in Carmel) where there's actually some accountability. #verizonwireless
