Both times they responded quickly, helped get our water back on and did a thorough job cleaning and drying the effected areas. The owner Jim is a good guy and personally manages the job site - checking in with his team regularly when he can't be there. I felt very comfortable having his workers in my home. They were very careful to keep the surrounding areas clean and protected. One of our leaks required our kitchen cabinets to be emptied - his team went to Home Depot to purchase boxes, packed up and labeled each box. Now that is service! Like so many others, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I had water and mold damage in three rooms, called them up, they came right out and gave me a quote and scheduled the job. The workers were friendly and professional, kept me in the loop about progress along the way and were careful of my home and belongings. Even though they had to remove large sections of drywall in each room, it was totally repaired without a trace when they were done. They even adjusted the quote DOWN, when the job required less time/equipment than originally estimated. How often does that happen?? Months after the work was completed, I had another scare with moisture in my flooring and Keith came out to check the walls for me at no charge. Thankfully everything was dry. In my opinion, these guys go way above and beyond your typical service and I really wish every contractor I had to deal with was as friendly, honest, hard-working and professional. I totally agree with other reviewers about how great these guys are. Recently we had water damage in upstairs bathroom. The insurance agent referred 2 companies for estimate. Both quoted around $5,000. We thought it was high and they don' t have good reviews on Yelp. So we gave World Restoration a shot as it has great reviews. Keith of World Restoration explained to us exactly what need to be done and quoted half the price. The repair was done on time. Keith inspected the repair and noticed an obvious seam on the carpet. Before we say anything, he immediately ordered to redo the carpet and fix a couple other things that we were not even notice. This guy will get my business. The funny thing is one of the companies referred by the agent told us they are preferred by the insurance company; thus, the insurance company is willing to pay whatever they quote. The plumber our home warranty service sent said we needed to hire a restoration company before they would do the repair, even though the water was minimal. We called World Restoration and received a quick response. Keith came out the same day, was respectful of our home (wore booties) and gave an honest assessment (didn't think there was enough water to warrant a restoration company). He promised a quote within a couple of hours and delivered as promised. We opted to hire our regular plumber who is doing the repair without a restoration company. World Restoration is an incredible company in so many ways. First their response time is FAST. Within an hour and a half of calling them, they were at my door ready to work. They had all the equipment they needed right on their truck. The workman was knowledgable and so friendly. Their work was thorough. I had mold from an undiscovered leak. The workman took out all the affected drywall and hauled it away. He set up a dehumidifier (that he had on the truck). After plumbing repairs were made, World Restoration promptly came back and replaced the drywall. The finished repair was excellent. There was no trace of a leak or mold. I called Jim Sanchez at World Restoration and he was at the house in less than 30minutes. He surveyed the water damage and let us know exactly what had to be done as he gave us his estimate. I expected the entire ceiling above the kitchen would need to be removed. Jim used his infrared camera to show me the extent of the water damage and reassured us that only a small section needed to be replaced. Jim had his crew there in about four hours to remove about six square feet of drywall and to set up the drying equipment. They crew setup plastic to minimize dust as they did the demo work. They were fast, efficient, polite and friendly. When they were done it was cleaner than I had left it from the disaster the night before. Jim scheduled his crew to be at the house on Monday morning after letting the drying equipment work over the weekend. The crew arrived as scheduled and verified the repair area was ready to be patched. The repair was blended perfectly and the paint was matched on site. The patch looks beautiful and the ceiling texture matches perfectly. T I would absolutely call World Restoration again. Jim gave us a great price. We chose to pay out of pocket, because the estimate was less than our homeowner's insurance deductible. We discovered a water leak in an upstairs bathroom on a recent Friday night. On Saturday morning we realized a lot of water had gone down the walls into the dining room below, so we called World Restoration and they came out within an hour or two, and then started working within another few hours. I had a leak in my hallway coming from my attic through a fire alarm during a major heat wave. I called Jim at World Restoration and he said he would be at my house within an hour. He was there in less than that. He examined the whole situation and said it wasn't too bad, but the insulation needed to be pulled back and needed to be dried out. He would be back with fans. My home First American Home warranty drywall tech that was sent out to patch my drywall refused to do it because he said there was mold on the back of the wall.
