He quoted $25 for 1 hour service. I just picked up my repaired Jewerly from the store. The plan was to put in a new battery (for $50.85!) and go from there. Claude would text me when it was ready. Radio silence.. After 2 weeks I popped in, they hadn't changed the battery yet. Another 2 weeks passed.. no message. So I stopped by again. This time they did change the battery but Claude didn't communicate this to me. Since the new battery didn't fix the problem, they wanted their "expert" to look at it and give an estimate of the repair. As a result, they held onto my watch for another 2 additional months (!) without any communication. When I visited the store to check on the status, they couldn't give any update and promised it would be ready soon. When I had enough and asked for my watch back, they actually didn't know where it was! They sent me home again and Claude would call me the following day to give an update on where it was (you guessed it: he didn't.) When I came back again the next day, I was helped by Bernadette. Thank god she was able to help, locate my watch within a day, and actually call me with the news. That said, I will never come back here again!

So I searched up and found Right Time, which is conveniently located right in the atrium. Out of all price quotes, Right Time had the cheapest price quote which was $35 + tax compared to the $40 $45 price quotes. And Gabriella, the business owner, estimated it would take 1 hour for the repair. Which is amazing compared to the other estimates I got. So I dropped by around 1 and returned an hour later at 2 and my watch was fixed almost like new. The glass of the crystal is slightly raised above the height of my actual watch so you can feel the bump and so now I have to be even more careful. I'm still happy with the repair and the workers there were super nice. I'd totally return to get my watch fixed if it needs fixing again, which hopefully doesn't happen. Totally recommend.
