So I dropped my watch on the floor and the crystal cracked. *cries* The Fossil official repair people estimated 2-4 weeks after sending it but I wanted my watch fixed right away. So I searched up and found Right Time, which is conveniently located right in the atrium. Out of all price quotes, Right Time had the cheapest price quote which was $35 + tax compared to the $40 $45 price quotes. And Gabriella, the business owner, estimated it would take 1 hour for the repair. Which is amazing compared to the other estimates I got. So I dropped by around 1 and returned an hour later at 2 and my watch was fixed almost like new. The glass of the crystal is slightly raised above the height of my actual watch so you can feel the bump and so now I have to be even more careful. I'm still happy with the repair and the workers there were super nice. I'd totally return to get my watch fixed if it needs fixing again, which hopefully doesn't happen. Totally recommend. read more

By the time I dropped my watch off, picked up my lunch and came back, they had already finished the battery replacement! When my Ball watch was due for a service I didn't hesitate to use Right Time Inc as the wonderful lady who reached out to me as soon as possible with my inquiry regarding my watch. Olive from Right time was very helpful with guiding me through the steps of sending my timepiece halfway across the country to get my watch there. Olive was very helpful by providing me a shipping label to send my watch there and when I had any serious questions she would simply reach out to me by phone which made it easy to discuss my concerns. My watch now preforms better than ever after the service. However their was a slight hiccup when I received my watch back there was just a small screw missing in the bracelet. That was not an issue for me though as I simply reached out to Olive and she provided me a shipping label and had my bracelet sent back and repaired and back to me in a week and half. I live in Victoria BC by the way making it very quick waiting time. Now my watch is back on its lovely steel bracelet and I'm enjoying it just as much when I first purchased it. I have a Fossil watch that is more than 15 years old. Recently, one of the pins that holds the links in the metal bank fell out and I obviously needed to get it fixed. Unfortunately, when I took it to the Fossil store and when I called their 1-800 number, they said they couldn't help because they don't make that size pin any longer. I was a little miffed because there is nothing else wrong with the watch and it has a lot of sentimental value to me. I took it to Right Time and they were super friendly. Really had a difficult time with the daughter (who is in charge). Although she is knowledgeable at what she does- she doesn't have customer service skills, and puts people on the defensive by how she speaks down to customers. She also really needs to learn how she words phrases- so she doesn't put her mistakes on to customers- as if it is their fault for a mix up or an issue. I caught her in a huge lie- and that discredited everything else she had told me regarding my situation. It was really uncomfortable for me, and I will not be going back. read more

Don't know what they are doing. Brought in my Omega Seamaster as was not telling right time anymore. Had brought it to swatch (own Omega) for cleaning 2x over ~12 years and was always done correctly...but expensively. Decided I'd go to Right Time and save a few bucks. First they never got in touch when repaired. When I called maybe a month later they said still under repair...called a week later and they said was fixed a month ago! And it doesn't tell the right time. Off maybe a minute a month. When I brought it back they said that was normal and asked how I often I reset it before - "um I didn't...the other guys I brought it to got it right". He was dumbfounded and said it's never 100% right. I assured him I must have got lucky then...TWO times. They tinkered with it some more and long story short it still is off. Never again. If you care about your merchandise, don't take it there. read more

My wife gave me a Seiko automatic when she announced she was pregnant with our first child. Since then this watch has gone through the ringer. It was scratched and faded with the 12 o'clock marker missing. Gabriella and her team did an amazing job sanding and polishing it to it's original shine. I have been going to Watchtime for repairs and maintenance of my wristwatch collection for many years and have been extremely pleased with their service. If you have a watch that is beyond its warranty period, you should definitely check this place out. The owner is an experienced watchmaker/repair specialist with abundant experience having spent many years in the industry in Switzerland, from where all great watches come. He can do simple repairs of course but more importantly he can complete a thorough technical overhaul of most mechanical movements that are sold today, ie. the common ETA and Valjoux, Sellita movements, etc. So unless you have a malfunctioning Patel Phillipe GrandMaster Chime (highly unlikely since only 6 pieces were made with a price tag of 2.5 million each and you must know Mr. Stern himself, lol), I totally would recommend bringing any broken or imperfectly functioning mechanical piece you have. European jewellers is terrible, as are Birks or the Bay's watch repair Center. European jewellers is expensive, and often unhelpful. Their turnaround time is lengthy and they have scratched up watches I've taken in before. Must avoid them!! The Bay is also expensive, they can manage simple battery changes and strap adjustment, but most of their technians are not knowledgeable about movements or more complex repairs. They take forever as well when they ship out your watch. But I digress! Back to Right Time now,. I have taken in a Tag, an Omega chronograph,, a Tutima chronograph, a Hamilton chrono, a Baume and mercier with power reserve for repair and overhaul and they were done perfectly! It would cost twice as much and 3 times as long if I had gone through the "authorized dealers' and their respective repair centers; also RightTime guarantees their service for 18 months, which is 6 more months than the usual industry standard. They also reseal waterproof watches after a battery change for a very reasonable charge if you request . European jeweller was going to charge me over $200 to replace a battery and a rubber gasket in a divers Quartz Tag Heuer watch! Right Time did it for $45 a few years ago. Definitely, a "go to" place for most of your watch servicing needs!!! read more

This watch repair shop is great! They restored an old Omega pocket watch for me, and a 120-year old Elgin pocket watch, as well. They service my wife's and my Omegas and do a great job of it--at something like half the cost of the manufacturer's own repair shops. They even got an old Omega tuning-fork watch to work again! One of the things I really like about them is that they give you your fifth battery replacement free, and they guarantee their batteries. They have an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they are preserving the fine art of watchmaking--which is rapidly becoming a lost art. Their technicians are certified to work on Omegas and other brands, and they have access to original parts. They can work on even the most advanced and complicated movements, like the Omega co-axials. They have serviced about 10 watches for me and have done innumerable battery changes--all without any problem. I recommend them without reservation. read more

Can't find anything negative to say about this company! They have been taking care of my Rolex Submariner for the past several years, mostly cleaning it. I bought it in August 1969 and have been wearing it 24 hours a day for the past 47 1/2 years. However, in September 2015, it started making a strange sound when shaken, as though there was something loose inside. I contacted Rolex who told me that they don't keep parts for more than 35 years for any watch. They mentioned that they might possibly have some leftover parts, etc... So I brought it to my jeweler here in Kitchener, John Anthony, who uses Right Time as his Rolex service facility. I always went through him to get my Submariner cleaned. It took a bit of time, but Right Time was able to find the correct part, cleaned the watch and installed that new part. It was returned to me with an 18 month warranty. Last month, it stopped! So off it went to Right Time again. They repaired and cleaned it at no cost to me, and returned it perfectly regulated. They also cleaned the case and wristband and polished the crystal as they always do. It's now more accurate than when I first bought it. Then, it gained 7 seconds in 10 days. Now, it loses 6 seconds in 10 days, or 0.6 second per day. I was told that the factory standard is within 5 to 15 seconds per DAY. Their watchmaker beat that by a very large margin! Very professional! read more
