The man working educated me on what types of watches they were in the sense that they were winding and not battery operated. He adjusted them for me and explained to me that if they weren't working after that adjustment then to come back and gave me a fair quote. He did not charge me for this interaction. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge. I will definitely be taking more watches here in the future.

Of the wristwatches, one he showed me how to reset the timer function myself, one is a really cheap watch with a broken strap that could only be replaced by the maker (I got it in Japan), and one needs a new movement, I got a quote with a warranty included. The old stopwatch belonged to my grandfather, he opened it up and found a screw had come undone and was loose inside. he fixed and gave it back to me working. All of that while I waited and no charge. I'll think about the movement replacement, but I'll probably take it back for him to do it.

So I dropped my watch on the floor and the crystal cracked. *cries* The Fossil official repair…read morepeople estimated 2-4 weeks after sending it but I wanted my watch fixed right away. So I searched up and found Right Time, which is conveniently located right in the atrium. Out of all price quotes, Right Time had the cheapest price quote which was $35 + tax compared to the $40 $45 price quotes. And Gabriella, the business owner, estimated it would take 1 hour for the repair. Which is amazing compared to the other estimates I got. So I dropped by around 1 and returned an hour later at 2 and my watch was fixed almost like new. The glass of the crystal is slightly raised above the height of my actual watch so you can feel the bump and so now I have to be even more careful. I'm still happy with the repair and the workers there were super nice. I'd totally return to get my watch fixed if it needs fixing again, which hopefully doesn't happen. Totally recommend.
